⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An Absolute Gem in Hastière-par-delà!** We had a wonderful stay in this cozy little haven hosted by the Merciny-Ducarme family, near Dinant. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and provided. In fact, it would be easier to mention what was *not* available: only a dishwasher was missing. Apart from that, absolutely everything was there. Upon arrival, we found coffee, milk, breakfast supplies, spices, and many other thoughtful touches. Towels, bathrobes, air conditioning, and heating were also provided. It is clear that the hosts genuinely care about the comfort and well-being of their guests. The accommodation is located in a peaceful setting, offers convenient parking, and is ideally situated for exploring the region's many attractions. We stayed there to capture drone footage of castles, dramatic rock formations, and beautiful waterways, and the location was simply perfect for that purpose. The welcome was warm, the accommodation was spotless, and the surrounding area is stunning. It is the kind of place where you immediately feel at home. **Highly recommended to anyone wishing to discover the Dinant region. As for us, we will definitely be coming back!** 😊🏡✨

We liked everything. Friendly hosts. Extremely good selection of kitchenware, comfortable bed, hot shower. For us, the best thing was the air conditioning that allowed us to be cool during a heat wave.

You have everything you need for an equipped house. Location is easy to reach to top sight seeing locations in Belgium. We have visited many destinations from this house. Owners are very friendly and supportive. We spent a week with my family and we thought as if we are at our home. House is brand new and very clean. It has a big green garden with fruit trees, ducks and chickens. There are nice walking, running and cycling routes nearby in a forest. Thanks to Jarek, Eva, Jan and Julia for being wonderful hosts to us.

I was greeted late at night with the help of Tanguy to a home of burning wood (my favourite smell in the world). This home is not for people who prefer boring simpleton house. His home is full of charm and character and is as lovely as when you step into an antique shop :) Despite windy weather, the suite I stayed in remained warm at all times. Beautiful view through all windows.

Beautifully designed rooms. Every detail considered. Design + function. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow. Excellent service. Excellent food. Could not be better.

Its close to the AirPort, the beds were good, clean and warm, the shower and bathroom all good too.

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

I really appreciated that the receptionist was available 24/7, as it made me feel safe and well looked after. The staff were consistently helpful, were attentive and accommodating to my needs. They were always available and willing to assist whenever my family and I needed help, which made a positive impression. The continental breakfasts had a large variety of teas, coffee and expresso machines. They had platters of lunch meat and cheese, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, hot scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms, which were constantly being replaced. They didn’t monitor the foods that people took to their tables.

A perfect stay! This beautiful property is in a quiet area not too far from the city. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. Christine is a wonderful hostess and thought of everything. She was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond with the delicious breakfast! We would have loved to stay longer.

Very modern and clean in a convenient part of Kortenberg with quick train access to Leuven and Brussels. It also has A/C which was very appreciated in the 38 C weather we experienced. The owners were very responsive and communicative before and during the stay.

Excellent cost accomodation very thoughtfully arranged, extremely clean, very comfortable and quiet. I appreciated how well stocked it was, a nice treat!

The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist. Also it is handy that they have wonderful Indian and Italian restaurants on site.

Very good appartment, well located, within walking distance of Zaventem train station. It is also close to a supermarket which is very convenient. The bedroom is very quiet. The kitchen contains all necessary items. The appartment is really spacious overall. I had a really great experience.

I would move in. Great location for the airport.
