It was fresh and clean. Very light and felt spacious. Comfy beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Also there was coffee available. Easy to find with GPS and the host was very accommodating. Very nice garden outside with a swing the kids really liked. They also have some cute chickens.

What an amazing old rustic house, it was like going back 300 years in a time machine. I didn’t miss the water or electricity one bit, there was just the tick-tock of the old wall clock and the oil lamps to light up the evenings.

Location was fabulous. We asked to change to a room with a view and were moved to one without problem. The breakfast was great - wide variety of pastries, cereals, cold and hot foods and crispy bacon!
