It might be slightly out of the way from the city center and the location is only reachable by car, but this place is a gem! The hosts are very friendly, charming, discreet and forthcoming. Breakfast is whatever you want it to be, just pick your favourites and enjoy it by the pool with a sea view. The beds are really comfortable and the room is very clean.

Exceptionally beautiful. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Location is close to everything but still quiet. Rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful.

**Wonderful place and an outstanding host!** We stayed for 5 nights and were thrilled with our experience. The place matched the description and photos perfectly: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was ideal. The little touches really stood out. There was even a first aid kit, and a bottle of wine and water waiting in the fridge when we arrived. It's clear that everything was thought through with guests in mind. A special thank-you to our host for being so responsive and communicating so well. Messages were answered almost immediately, check-in instructions arrived in advance and were clear and easy to follow, and any question was handled quickly and with real warmth. It made the whole stay effortless. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

The space was very nice and very clean. I did't use the kitchen, so I can't comment on that. The bed was comfortable, and I felt very comfortable in the space. I only stayed for one night. I would book again. The host was very nice.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at French Riviera Chic Cocoon. The apartment is centrally located in Juan-les-Pins and less than a five-minute walk from the beach, with restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is newly renovated, extremely clean and beautifully furnished with stylish, tasteful and brand-new furniture. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Margot was an absolutely amazing host. She was extremely responsive, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She supported me with organizing logistics, always replied promptly whenever I asked for recommendations about places to visit, beaches, restaurants, or transportation. Her support made my holiday much more enjoyable. I truly felt well looked after and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Juan-les-Pins!

Had an amazing stay. Staff were all lovely. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good. Pool area small but wasn't busy so got a lounger on the days we wanted one and pool was lovely and refreshing in the heat!

The rooms are well appointed with fridge, kettle, cups and teaspoons and instant coffee and tea. Everyday the room cleaning service reset the coffee and tea and replaced the used cups and teaspoons with clean ones.

The staff are accomodating and polite. The rooms were decently ready upon arrival. Good deal for a good price especially for family. Its ideal to have a car within the area if you are going to the beach. But there are nearby public transportation as well as supermarket.

Great location near a square packed with restaurants. Nice staff with bar adjacent to reception area. Fridge in room. Elevator is the tiniest I’ve ever seen, and by morning it had quit working at all! Room is large, and the bed has blankets and sheets — for us, a plus not to have a duvet which is usually way too hot. BK was very good in a charming, historic setting. Overall high rating.

Staff were amazing. My French is ok but they all speak perfect English which made checking in and out so simple. The room was a good size, clean, and quiet. The location is absolutely perfect to explore Antibes, plenty of cafes & shops and only a 10 minutes walk to the train station.

Such a great place to meet people, in an amazing location in Antibes. Most people were looking for yacht jobs, and everyone was very social. There's a very nice kitchen and backyard area. Staff were very nice and check in was easy.

Cool apartment over a hotel, overlooking the square. You could sit on the balcony and watch the busyness without the noise. Well located and parking was at a paid, secure parking building. A little challenging to find but once there car was secure and price was very reasonable for 3 days. Easy walk to all the main attractions of Antibes and right in the heart of old Antibes.

Such a great little apartment! The location is 5 min walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially in the evening during sunset it was gorgeous! The bed was quite comfortable and I really liked the shutters that kept the room dark as I have a hard time sleeping with light.

Excellently presented 2 bedroom property (sleeps 4) with all of the facilities required in a self catering apartment. The location is excellent near the coast with lots of restaurants within a very short walk as well as the Picasso museum and marina.

The location is hard to beat for this accommodation. Situated right where you want to be when you go to Antibes. Contrary to many other french accommodations this one had everything you need for a stay: sheets, paper towels, toilet paper without any extra cost or you need to buy it yourself. It's charming and yet calm. Next to vibrating nightlife and yet you can sleep. Can accommodate a family with 2 children easily.
