Lodgings in Nancy

This hotel has a very good hospitality. Free coffee, tea, water and sweets. Staff members are all very kind and friendly. It’s also very close to the train station.

“Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the location and cleanliness to the staff’s behavior.”

Good location, great family room space, good breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent value for the money.

The location was great, and the staff was very helpful.

They provided a safe space for our bikes. The room was comfortable though small. It was within comfortable walking distance to the main square, the historic district, the shopping area and the train station. The breakfast was good. We were comfortable walking to and from the light show in main square after dark.

Thanks so much to all the staff that made our stay perfect! Incredibly friendly and helpful personnel, very good and heartwarming breakfast, comfy and clean rooms. Keep going and good luck!

Location worked for me lot's of convenient food outlets. Bed was super comfy and clean as a whistle . Guy on reception was 100%

The Mercure Nancy is exceptional, a perfect location close to shops , restaurants, parks and history. Comfortable clean rooms with a well trained super helpful staff, nice breakfast at an overall acceptable rate . I will definitely return

We used this hotel twice now as our travel stop on our return trip from Cannes and it's just great. We travel with a young child and a dog, so we have to be a bit more picky on where we can stay. But wow this location is good. This time we tried the family room which is even better than the standard one, because our son could now sleep in his own room. The staff is really nice and helpful, everything is really clean and the breakfast is good. The room is really spacious and the bed is very comfy. What's also very nice is the public park just across the street which is really nice to walk the dog or have a run. So all in all a great overnight stay, which we will probably use again in the future.

room is small but clean. Parking is private and quiet safe.

The place , car parking. breakfast and staff specially Rafael from reception team

Clean, new apartment. Amber who worked at the desk was extremely helpful in letting us in and showing us how to get out with our car. She informed us about the city, and was a delight to converse with.

Off the beaten path, superbly located in a side building to palace complex - walking and intimate surrounding old town and gardens are vibrant with local life while being a step back in time.

Excellent location. Easy to reach all places of interest on foot. Free parking. The four of us were just there one night and it exactly met our needs.

The location is quite. Small kitchen but functional.

Very nice apart-hotel. Clean, comfy beds, nice shower. Close to the center and has a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Front desk Helene was terrific !

Elegant building, comfortable room, great breakfast. Great central location, near a municipal parking garage. Hotel next to the Cathedral and near Christmas market.

The room was all I wanted. Enough space, a shower that worked, a toilet that was clean. I didn't look at the TV, or did I want a fridge minibar or a Gideon bible. I was comfortable. there.

Old historical building in the heart of the historical center. Beautiful room with a fireplace and a very modern bathroom. What is more important - with modern and powerful A/c (it was very hot during our visit). Everything was great.

Comfortable and nice facility with kitchen. Quiet quarter and walking distance to Place Stanislav or by tram.

Its a hotel where I have liived three times and will gladly be back there again.
