Maria, Anixis owner, is by far one of the kindest, most generous, and thoughtful people I’ve met in all my travels. Despite my flight arriving very early—and being delayed—she welcomed me with an upgraded room for the full night, allowing me to rest without waiting around. Her thoughtfulness meant a lot. The studio itself is wonderfully cozy, equipped with everything you could need—it truly felt like a home away from home. I even cooked my own meals during my stay. And here’s a tip: don’t miss the chance to chat with Maria about what to see and do in Paros. Her recommendations are gold. If I’ll travel again to Paros I’ll definitely stay at Anixis. How friendly people were, they went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies for what was an absolutely amazing breakfast. Location is great, wonderful tips and suggestions.

Our space looked out over the Mediterranean and above fabulous restaurants. The cleaning staff was so sweet to us and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything.

Our host was amazing-- we were greeted with local pastries and an exuberant and warm welcome. The outdoor spaces are so amazing that you will want to be outside enjoying the quiet location, enjoying the huge decks and lounging by the pool as much as possible. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and in a great quiet location, but still within easy access to groceries, restaurants and everything you need for a beautiful stay on the island. We loved and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!

- Very clean property, the rooms were clean, bed sheets were smelling good. The property is placed up on the hill and many of the rooms can enjoy a splendid sunset.

Our stay was excellent, the room was brand new, very clean and with full amenities (shaving kit, vanity kit, tooth brush, slippers, etc). The location is 300 meters away from the beach. The staff helped us with everything we needed, including renting a boat and renting a car (we had a discount for the car because we mentioned their name). The location is excellent if you want to reach the best beaches (Golden Beach, Faragas, etc). From the hotel to Parikia (main city) you have a 13 minute drive. So in my opinion it was the perfect hotel.

The breakfast was very comprehensive, and absolutely wonderful! We all loved the fresh squeezed orange juice along with the very large selection of food choices... many of which were homemade! Everyone had something to love at breakfast and you can have something different every day! The staff was great, the pool, the grounds and the amenities were all fantastic! The place was a great value overall!

The property is super whelm maintained and is just lovely and charming and so close to everything that you need to be close to. Aliki Beach is magic. Great restaurants right on the water. you’re literally three minutes from the beach.

The buffet breakfast included in the room rate was great! It gave lots of options for you to fuel up for your day. It was just off the main strip, providing quiet and relaxation. It was also a short walk from a great beach!

The staff, the design, the view

The most gorgeous budget friendly accomodation in all of Paros. I stayed as a solo female traveller and the staff were incredible, made me feel welcome and safe. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than five minutes to the bus station which easily connects you to the rest of the island if not renting a bike, car, or ATV. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable, and had a fridge and kettle. The cooking class on site was also great fun. Loved everything about my stay here.

My wife and I I enjoyed every minute at this place. The ladies at the reception were outstanding, they went above and beyond every single day. They made our stay more pleasant.

It was easy to get to and easy to walk into town for dinner.

Clean and comfortable, walking distance to the village, restaurants and the beach. Private full size pool was amazing and always clean.
