The upgrades are really nice and it is so central! It was also very comfortable. The new bathroom arrangement is excellent.

Beautiful pool and hotel, this city has so many things to do.

The location was very close to the family home.and close to Arta. Because it was on the South of the town, it was easy to go to the othernside without having to use the ring road. The pool was great. It definitely attracted families and the water was clean and at a good temperature. The associate at the pool bar was polite and the drinks selection was sufficient and much less expensive than the competitive hotel to the north of town. The room was very big and overseeing the pool. Good noise insulation. The AC was powerful enough.

Very lovely flat with many interesting and lively details and everything you need while traveling

To begin with, the hotel, which is located in a historic neighborhood, offered parking closeby. The design of the room and the furnishings were top notch. We enjoyed the balcony off the room. The cafe/bistro offers a nice selection of dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we return to Arta, we will definitely choose Piccadilly House again.

The self check-in with a key box was very easy and convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for three people. Having a parking near the building was a huge plus.

Absolutely everything. 😁 The interior itself is beautiful and furnished with great taste. You can find anything you can possibly need in the apartment. It is spacious and there is a lovely balcony at the top of the building, from which you can enjoy an amazing view of Arta. Also, it is located in the center of Arta, so everything is very accessible. It is very important to note that none of this would be possible without our great host, Mr Kortesas, who was very kind, provided detailed information about everything and gave us some amazing recommendations, which made our stay in Arta even more enjoyable. All in all, an 11/10 experience. 🌿👌🌞

For solo travelers or couples its a fantastic apartment where you can easily buying things from Market and good access to transportation

Close proximity to the city centre. Easy check-in in process. Easy parking, hassle free, epsecially for cities with narrow streets.
