Lodgings in Asfendioú

Wonderful view, lovely quiet rural atmosphere.

It was a magical experience, we hope to come back again :) The view is amazing, especially from the pool. Especially the kids enjoyed the pool very much. Dimitri was very helpful, he gave us a warm welcome and gave us a tour of the property, went over the basics. He provided suggestions for restaurants, and places to go in the island. The location is central, easy to go to anywhere in the island, I suggest renting a car. The architecture and furnishings are very nice.

Lovely little cottage with lots of outdoors space. Two comfortable bedrooms. Well decorated and spotlessly clean. Well situated in a quiet part of Zia but only five to ten minutes walk from the main street. The nearest restaurant was lovely and just a minute away.

only problem there is no mobile signal there we have a problem to call taxi back to Kos. We should know before we hire the place

Staff is very helpful, friendly. Installations are great. You can reach the beach by 10 mins walk, is very nice and not so many people in it. Parking on premises, bike rental.

It was one of the best stay we had. Very nice place to stay. You have a very private house with a pool. Very close to the beach. Close to the Kos center. You can also rent a Tesla from the place only with the insurance cost. Breakfast was delicious.

Kos palace is in a great location...15-20 minute walk into Tigaki or 15 minutes drive to Kos town. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very nice resort with two pools and some sorts of entertainment for day and night that was fun! excellent buffet with huge variety

Perfect location, beautiful poolside, very nice cleaning staff, neat and clean.

Exactly like the photos, elegant and well-equipped. Incredible view and strategic location.

The house is big on two floors with a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The owner was very helpful. The view is extraordinary. You can sit in the small pool, drink a cold beer, hear the farmer with his chickens, admire the view over the island, the forests and the sea. The village of Zia is near, 15 minutes walking, with restaurants and souvenir shops. We recommend a one-day trip by ferry to Rhodos.

It is a very nice place, in the middle of the island which is perfect to see all in KOS in case you have a car. Eva helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The room has everything we needed and the pool is perfect. It is exactly as shown on the pictures.
