Lodgings in Elia Laconias

Amazing value, very friendly host, great location in a suprisingly enjoyable village, clean and comfortble, with a great terrace. George tries very hard to make a good stay for you, and was extra helpful. Keep in mind: This is a very basic hotel. If you base your expectations on the price, however, then it will exceed your expectations in every way. Thank you, George!

Great hotel and staff. Very nice beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Elia with restaurants and supermarkets is easy reachable by foot in 15-20 minutes, although the car is recommended to visit Monevmasia and many other places. The hotel helped us with transfers and renting the car, everything was very easy. Good restaurant, my recommendation will be not to take half-board. It is very nice with wonderful choice of dishes, but in the regular menu the choice is bigger.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is very well managed, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to make your stay more pleasant. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. The hotel is located right on the seafront, offering amazing views. It is within walking distance of nice beach and several excellent tavernas. The location also makes it a perfect base for exploring the Laconia region, from Monemvasia and Elafonisos to Gytheio. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

A quiet beautiful village on the sea, Tavernas, supermarket and a small and excellent bakery within few minutes walking. The apartment was well equipped with what we needed.

Everything in the apartment was beyond expectations. Luxury apartment, extra clean with all possible amenities. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend! Thank you

Niki’s house was exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything a family could need, and much more. There were games for the children, toothbrushes, medicines for kids, a hair dryer, a hair straightener, and even a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks, beer, croissants, orange juice, biscuits, and bottled water. The laundry area was fully equipped with all the necessary supplies. Honestly, the hosts provided more amenities and thoughtful extras than any other place I have ever stayed. The location was perfect, right next to the village square with cafés and a supermarket, and just a few meters from the beach, where you can find great bars and restaurants. Convenient free Parking adjacent to the property. Whatever you might need during your stay, they had already thought of it and provided it. I highly recommend this property and would happily stay there again.

-Location is very good -Very safe -Perfect view -Access to the beach easy and the water perfect -Very good for families with kids -Elaia Center very near, small but good offer for dinner -Tennis Court -Drove 1'100km to this property and it worth it.

This is a beautiful restored stone house The host were extremely helpful

Silence. We enjoyed this calm place a lot. Relaxing at backyard was a dream. The owner is a person always ready to help. This is the place we are going to return back. My wife has a comment that the kitchen was very well equiped. Do not forget to visit the sunken city of Pavlopetri and to snorchel above.

The apartment sits in a perfect location. It overlooks the Mediterranean from a small hill where we were a mere 30 meters from a cozy private beach. We were so close that you could hear the surf at night when you sit on the front terrace. You can also access wonderful beaches in both direction with a short car ride. The center of town is only 10 minutes away by foot, and there you will find friendly local shops and a few delicious places to eat. Our host couldn't have been any nicer, and she kept her properties immaculately clean. She was extremely responsive when we needed anything, and she went out of her way to accommodate any of our requests.

A very well equipped holiday house, quite comfortable for a family with small children, located next to an olive grove and very close to the sea side (less than 5 minutes by car, a few minutes more walking). Very polite and generous owners, they welcomed us with a bowl of fresh local sweet oranges. Would like to visit again!

I would like to share my impressions of this house: The location is about a 3.5-hour drive from Athens. The house is right on the waterfront in a small village, with direct access to the sea. Just 50 meters away there is a quiet, natural beach with medium-sized stones that are not sharp, so you can enter the water without special shoes. Within walking distance you will find several good restaurants and local taverns, as well as the opportunity to buy fresh fruits and vegetables every morning from local farmers. The house itself is very well designed and equipped with everything you might need. The interior is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It feels less like a typical tourist rental and more like a real home with a soul — and I think the hosts have truly succeeded in this. Everything was also spotlessly clean, down to the smallest details. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
