We are traveling a lot and we never met host like him. The host Nick is an amazing person! Help us with everything. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The garden is very pretty with a beautiful sea view, plenty of shade and seating options in it and the apartment while far from modern has a certain rustic charm to it. The sea is literally just there. Excellent price. Despite the less than optimal sea entrance, the location is good and the main Kala Nera beach is close enough to walk to in 5-10 minutes, is in decent shape and even has wheelchair access, so it isn't a deal breaker if you don't like or can't go driving to other beaches, though if you can drive I definitely recommend visiting Kallifteri beach (near Afissos, around 10-15 minutes away by car) and if you don't mind a lot of stairs without railings, the Lagoudi beach right next to it is very pretty. The pictures of apartment are accurate.

THE perfect holiday apartment. Very comfy for a family of five. View to the ocean from the terrace, master bedroom and living room. Directly on the water front for a quick swim. 3-5 min walking will lead you to the official beaches, supermarket, bakery and taverns. The owner was super welcoming, we had a great time!

Service was outstanding – the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to fulfill every request immediately. The hotel is very tidy and well maintained. During our 8-day stay we tried nearly half of the restaurant menu and discovered unforgettable dishes, such as the Enalion salad and the shrimp burger. Breakfast was exceptional – generous and varied beyond expectations. Each morning we enjoyed different types of eggs (one always boiled), ham and cheese, fresh bread, pie, olives, two kinds of sweets, yogurt, a selection of jams and marmalades, plenty of butter, honey, cocoa cream, as well as fresh vegetables and fruits. To drink, there was always freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee or tea, and water. A special mention goes to the lady who served breakfast during our stay. She was much more than a waitress – she truly entertained our 1-year-old, chatting, playing, and even switching on the ventilators for him. Her kindness made our mornings memorable. The beach is only a few meters away, with the option to have your own reserved spot. We stayed in room no. 4 on the upper floor and enjoyed an exceptional sea view.

Perfect location, nature all around, tranquility and serenity. Clean, comfortable, spacious room with great views. Excellant breakfast in the beautiful porch (not included in the price but recommended). Close to nature trails, and the lovely village of Milies.

a very unique and comfortable boutique hotel, in front of the water. It has only 6 rooms. Rooms 4-5-6 are front line to the water. The hotel staff (around 10, I think) takes very good care of any need. The couple who own the place are also available all the time, providing support, the owner Mr., Christos personally helped us by valet parking of our car when needed.

Excellent location, extremely quiet, beautiful garden full of flowers, kind and sympathetic hosts. What I liked most was the frequent changing of bed linen and towels, which I have never experienced anywhere else. It is also extremely good that the facility is located in a quiet area, away from the settlement and right on the beach. Free sun loungers and umbrellas can be used.

Saradnja sa vlasnicom je bila izvrsna. Kuca je komforna I vrlo jedinstvena, pravo umetnicko delo. Plaza je na svega par koraka a supermarket je jos blizi. Lokacija je onlicna I za izlete po celom ostrvu.

Beautiful, brand-new resort in a really lovely location, just a few minutes’ drive from Kala Nera’s main promenade and the sea. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern and comfortable, and the service was warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
