Lodgings in Kokkari

Overall a great place to stay. Super clean accommodation. Staff were very friendly, especially Stamatia. The location is ideal, beach, restaurants and local bus at you doorstep. Highly recommend.

- Splendid view - Very clean, bright room and the room smells of cleanliness - Spacious room and plenty of storage space - Quiet area - Excellent location, very close to all the nice restaurants and cafes - Very comfortable bed - Very nice, minimalistic design, with marine decorations (such as sea shells) - someone clearly had both comfort and aesthetics in mind - Real hangers that you can take out of the closet if you need to - High-quality towels (and even the design is a Greek one) and curtains (so you don't need to close the balcony doors to keep insects away, you can just close the curtains, plus that gives you fresh air and you can fall asleep/wake up to the sound of the sea waves) - The hosts were friendly, helpful, and discreet

The sea in front of the hotel was beautiful. The beach facilities were great, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was also very friendly.

Cute apartment with a fully equipped kitchen in a gorgeous location.

First of all, they were incredibly helpful with the confirmed reservation we needed for my husband’s visa on arrival. Whenever I had a question through Booking.com, they always replied immediately and were so helpful. This is a lovely family-run hotel, and the whole family — grandmother, grandfather, mother, father — were all incredibly warm and kind. They even left us wonderful gifts in our room, including honey, wine, ouzo and olive oil. Whenever we had a request or needed anything, they were always there to help us right away. It was also so sweet that they spoke a little Turkish — we found it absolutely adorable! ❤️ I truly came to love them not only as our hotel hosts, but also as people. My lovely Greek neighbors! ❤️ And of course, the view was absolutely breathtaking. Having a glass of wine while watching the sunset, enjoying our morning coffee with the coffee capsules they kindly left for us, and simply taking in the mountains, the sea and the incredible scenery made our stay so special. Our room also had a small kitchen with a stove, coffee machine and refrigerator, so there were mornings when we prepared our own breakfast in the room and enjoyed it while admiring the view. These simple moments became some of my favorite memories from the trip. I made so many beautiful memories here. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏🏻❤️ We will definitely remember your kindness and warmth and hope to see you again one day.

I liked that it was close to the sea and within walking distance of Kokkari centre, not so far car parking just almost 3-4 minutes

Perfect location. The house has got everything you could possibly need. The host was really nice, understanding and helpful. We thank you, will definitely stay again when we come to Samos

Cosy and comfortable apartment, nice decoration, perfect location and great view. Helpful host, easy self check in.

The location is super very clean. The stuff are the best and comfortable hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — waking up to a beautiful sea view every morning and enjoying the balcony in the evenings was truly special. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, if not even better. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was exceptional, providing all the necessary information right away and making both check-in and check-out completely smooth and hassle-free. Communication was excellent, and every message was answered almost immediately. We were genuinely impressed and very happy with our experience. When we return to Samos, we will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Excellent hosts and very accommodative.

There is a free otopark very close the hotel. 4-5 minutes by walking and there are some uphill steps to go but not too much. Price and comfort performance hotel. You can have your breakfast with the kitchen tools. Very close center cafes & restaurants.

I absolutely loved everything about this property! From the location and layout to the amenities and overall atmosphere, it exceeded my expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

It was very clean and located in the center. It looked like the same in the photos.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location right in front of Kokkari Port; and from its balcony, it offers a magnificent view of the sea and is very well protected from the north winds — a well-known feature in Samos. The apartment is modern but warmly and tastefully decorated, the bedrooms are spacious and bright, as are the two bathrooms and the hygiene is impeccable. A charming little beach is located at the foot of the house, while the surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops, in the immediate vicinity of a very long beach. Efthimia, the host of the property is a charming, warm, and very welcoming person, who, with a genuine smile, does everything possible to make us feel at home and it achieves this far more than we might expect!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. good location with a beautiful bay.

Everything, people , location, view, cleanliness

Clean and tidy. Helpful staff and a good location

Great location and a sparkling clean house! It has a magnificent view of Kokkari, and during the summer months, it is wonderfully cool. Sleeping to the sound of the sea was amazing, and we had a wonderful host. Everything was perfect!

Great Hotel, beautiful modern rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, wonderful view of Kokkari town, sea view, nature and mountains, we stay twice the same month and we will visit again

The location is perfect. Free parking is right across the street. One of the best restaurants in town and a food market are right next door. Getting the keys was a breeze. The apartment was well laid out, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Disregard earlier comments about no air conditioning in the bedroom. I can confirm there is A/C in the living room and the bedroom. Both are newer and work very well.

Lovely appartement. Excellent Location, very clean. Excellent communication with administrator

It’s at an excellent location. The view is wonderful and the host was very attentive. Bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Large apartment with everything you need plus free parking . Very helpful host . Highly recommended!
