Lodgings in Kolios

We liked the accommodation (super clean and with exceptional views), the owner, who was really helpful and ensured that we had a good experience and stay, as well as the dog and the cats who were extra friendly as well. 😀

The villa is split into 2 separate units, which can be used by 2 families. Nikos and Anastasia were great hosts. They supported us in every request that we had. Thank you for the hospitality!

Modern, lovely views and close to the use of beautiful pool, bar and restaurant down the hill.

The location is perfect, it's right at the beach. They offer 2 sunbeds at the beach and 4 at the pool. The rooms are spacious and with AC

We had a spectacular view of hills and sea from the balcony. The apartment was very clean, quiet and had all the necessary facilities. The couple that manages the apartments was always very nice, friendly and helpful with any requests we had. Great value for money!

The view from the room is absolutely gorgeous

The location was excellent, it was spotless clean and sonja looked after us, cleaned the room, sheets and towels everyday all the while smiling. She is a credit to the villa.

The apartment was comfortable, with a bedroom, a living room with two extending sofas (around 120cm wide), a TV which came in handy for watching the World Cup and a bathroom with a shower. Great pool, good breakfast. Extremely nice personnel. Almost daily cleaning services (some days we were in when they came, so we opted out). It has a good and safe parking. You can rent books and umbrellas from the reception. Good taverna on site for dinner.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The view of the sea from the property is absolutely fabulous — a true highlight of the location. There were two breakfast options available, both delicious. The rooms are cleaned every two days. Access to the property is via a slightly steep road, but I actually enjoyed the bit of exercise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

Everything! This was the best place we ever stayed at. We were 3 families and had all the space we needed. The garden and the pool are beyond expectations, we really felt like it is just us and the nature while having our own swimming pool where kids could also freely play without needing to worry that anyone would be annoyed. The living room, dining room and kitchen were perfect size for us and well equipped. The rooms also had everything we needed. Extra that there was almost daily cleaning which made us feel more comfortable day by day. Our host, Despina was so attentive, greeted us with a warm welcome, gave us super great recommendations (especially for restaurants) and even helped us with reservation. I could write so much more as this place really exceeded our expectations. Thank you Despina for everything!

Everything! Host, location, facilities!

Good location, very nice owner. I recomand it

The house is beautiful, very close to a nice beach and a bus stop, the view from the terraces was amazing. The host was extremely helpful and was always available to answer our questions!

The proximity to the beach itself was good, but the view from the balcony was terrible with three large and overwhelming trees blocking at least 80% of the view of the beach and water.

This is a great place - the nearest (5min walk) beach is nice, there are multiple restaurants around and there is a small, but well stocked market, all in walikng distance. The room was very clean, with a great view over the bay. Definitely recommended!

Great for a family of 4, My kids loved the pool
