Great amenities, amazing views. Planning of going back again

The view from the room was amazing! Very clean, modern, comfortable room. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The view of Limeni was incredible, the room very comfortable, the owner great to talk to and learn on the way of life in the village. Breakfast was very good. We loved our stay for 2 nights which enabled us good sight seeing of the area.

Excellent complex of suites with character, careful architecture and great ambience. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Breathtaking view from most of the suites. Breakfast with good variety and local products. Relaxing atmosphere and a spacious suite, isolation in the mystsrious Mani make one forget everything for a little while. Located on the mountain overlooking the bay and picturesque Limeni, with a great sunset view, and at the very center of an unspoiled paradise, waiting for exploration. Many small towns and villages nearby, combined with many local sights, compose an ideal destination, whether you are looking for isolation or a base for exploration. Every suite is kind of isolated, all of them overlook the bay - keep in mind that not all of them have unobstructed view to Limeni, built like the local houses.

The place is super charming and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a historic little cobblestone paved "town." Our room was beautiful with a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is also very good. It is a seafood restaurant and I am unable to eat seafood. I asked for some spaghetti with olive oil and they were so kind to make it. The breakfast spread is very tasty with a lot of options, some made to order. Unfortunately, we started eating it before I could take photos. The weather wasn't as nice as expected so I was not able to sunbathe or attempt a swim. If you want/need any snacks or drinks, you can easily walk to a store. Highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in the area.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations! The honey, yogurt, eggs, pasteries, bread were all exceptional!! The room was lovely!

Perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of this most beautiful part on the world. Set back from the beach, with both sea and mountain views, this was the perfect place to return to after a day of exploring! Limeni us just a short walk away, and Aeriopoli and the Caves of Diros were only a 15 minute drive! Dimitra is a beautiful soul, kind, helpful, warm, intelligent and informative, without ever being intusive. Listen to her recommendedations, there are some spectacular beaches in the area that we would never have found by ourselves! . There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance, perfect for those lazy days when you don't want to drive. Dimitra she has created a lovely place here, the apartment was spotless, cleaned daily, and super comfy. We had a balcony to the front, and a lovely terrace at the back, facing the mountains and shielded from the coastal wind. A swing chair out there provided the perfect spot for a bit of R and R. If you are wanting to explore the area, look no further! Great value for money, and perfect hosting. Thank you Elezar

The property had a gorgeous balcony view to the sea. The room was very clean and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Our hostess Voula was very helpful and accommodating, always ensuring we had everything that we needed. Parking is available right on the property which is nice as this is not the case for any of our other stays in Greece!

The host was very hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and homey.

The location was perfect with beautiful view of the mountains and sea. The hotel is beautiful designed. Breakfast was great!

We absolutely LOVED this place. It was our favorite stay in our 3 week trip to Greece. We enjoyed everything about our stay! When we arrived we had a fridge full of breakfast food, which lasted us multiple meals throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The living room was spacious enough for my toddler to play. We enjoyed the comfiness of the beds and AC was in both the living room/bedroom and in the official bedroom. The bathroom was also well stocked, looked really cool and had a washer which was much needed on our long trip. We also enjoyed the side patio that was covered where we would hang out and eat a meal. The village was small enough we enjoyed walking around. We also had a lovely meal at the restaurant in the tiny town and felt very welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend making a reservation for a 7pm or later meal and get the 6 hr roasted meat. We still think about how delicious it was to this day. We were so grateful that on our first night the host seated us for dinner even though we didn't know to make a reservation and was able to try the most delicious meal :) We give this place a 11/10 and will recommend it to all our friends traveling to Greece.

What a wonderful welcome, to a beautiful place... Johannes and Sabrina thank you. You have a little piece of heaven. The setting is amazing, a little above Limeni and a short walk into it. The views are mesmerizing, and the design and completion of the 5 apartments are second to none. Everything you might need is considered, and your hosts are welcoming, approachable as well as helpful in advising on favourite beaches, places to see and eating spots. The apartment (we had number 1) was superbly decorated, to a very high standard, and had everything you could need (including iron and ironing board on request, thank you Johannes!), whether you wanted to stay in to cook and dine, or just chill and relax by the infinity pool or on the veranda, where breakfasts were enjoyed. It's a short drive to Areopoli where you have supermarkets, bakery, butcher and more. Our hosts, along with supplying very comfortable rooms, beautiful bathroom (and separate toilet as well), a well stocked kitchen and bluetooth table speaker (and television if you're so inclined), also supplied towels for the pool which were welcomed. Thank you too, Johannes and Sabrina, for our welcome basket, it was very appreciated. A place worth visiting, again and again...

The patio, the view, the atmosphere just amazing. Also everything inside felt new and up to date. I’ve traveled Greece a lot and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Limeni has our heart.

Beautiful property, comfortable and ample rooms with modern design, It's just a few minutes' walk to the town center The staff is very gracious, the owner welcomed us and gave us a bottle of wine and a local sweet treat. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options. We had a lovely stay.

The house is amazing up to the smallest detail. It has everything you can think of, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom robes, and of course stunning views. There is nothing better than having breakfast in the garden with the sea stretched out in front of you and crickets jumping around. Everything is clean and well maintained. The welcome was warm and the communication and check in were super easy. I’ve been to many apartments all over the world and it’s the first time I give a perfect 10. We absolutely loved it!

Amazing place with lots of space for a family. Some of the best views on a daily basis from all the rooms. Excellent patio and balcony. What can I say other than this place has the best most relaxing views of the sea. The building is right on the sea and there are cafes, bars, a mini mart and great seafood restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again

Wonderful breakfast selection, especially friendly breakfast staff, wonderful view overlooking the Bay of Itilo. Breads and croissants up to Parisian standards.
