If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and truly magical place to stay while exploring the Zagori region, Ameliko Zagori is the perfect choice! The hotel is charming, the rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the area, with easy access by car to all the main sights and hiking trails. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wonderful selection to start the day. What really made our stay special was Dimitry, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and generous with his recommendations. His advice helped us make the most of our time exploring this beautiful part of Greece. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Ameliko Zagori!

The bathtub was outstanding. Best tub we have had in a hotel in many years. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Also had extra pillows and bedding. Breakfast was OK. Liked having a deck off master bedroom. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Very helpful requests.

Absolutely everything. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are specious and extremely clean, Dimitri and his wife Andromachi are amazing hosts. Breakfast was out of this world. I cant stop praising this place without sounding fake. I would recommend this hotel to everyone to enjoy one of the most memorable places I have ever been to.

Our stay at Alexandros Private House was perfect. The location in Ano Pedina is amazing! Not only is the village itself beautiful and easy to access (with two amazing taverns), but the house is set in a spot with an incredible open view. There’s a great outdoor area where you can have your morning coffee or tea while looking out at the peaceful landscape. The hosts were incredible. Extremely accommodating, kind, and always available to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. The house itself is gorgeous. It’s spacious, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which makes it very comfortable for more than one couple or a family. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The living room has a fireplace which made the whole place feel warm and cozy in the evenings. The style of the house is elegant, homy and luxurious at the same time, and it’s fully equipped with all the amenities you need. The welcome gifts were also a really thoughtful touch, honestly way more than what we expected. There’s also a sofa in the living room that opens and can sleep two extra people if needed, which is super convenient. On top of everything, the house was spotless. Extremely clean in every corner. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely go again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Soul Boutique. The location was central to many of the hikes we wanted to do in the area. The room was cozy, had a sitting area, as well as a refrigerator and kettle. As others have said, the breakfast was wonderful and was a great start to the day!

Great location with amazing hosts. We arrived during the night after an exhausting drive from Hungary. We were warmly welcomed and the breakfast made our day. The location is amazing with beautiful view to the hills and the room is spacious and comfortable, spotless!

Everything was amazing!!!! Especially the generousity, hospitality and kindness of Miss Eftihia, the hotel manager. WoW!!! This young woman really goes above and beyond to help you and makes your stay feel like people really care that you have the best time ever at their hotel but also in th entire Zagori Area. As a family we got two rooms: the family suite, which was very spacious, and a double room which had a nice balcony with great view. Both were were decorated iwith a personal touch. Breakfast was very nice. The location was great, and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Zagori Philoxenia. The decor is perfect for the mountain setting and the hotel is run by a wonderful family, that go out of there way to make the stay special. They even brought us fresh firewood every night for an amazing working fireplace. I can't recommend the hotel enough!

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel—the first was 13 years ago, and we were delighted to return. It's a lovely family-run hotel in an excellent location. So authentic and beautiful!The house located in the center of picturesque Monodendri just a few steps from the view point and Vikos gorge trail starting point. The house has all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. The hosts are amazing! We were greeted with homemade pies, jams and other local products for a breakfast, the recommendations for places to visit and to eat were great! Thank you very much!

The house was even better than the pictures. Great location with several restaurants in walking distance and close proximity to hiking and other sites. Good privacy at the house and very quiet. House itself was very clean with everything you needed for a short stay. Great views from the property. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

An absolutely beautifully property that is easy to reach and provides wonderful access to the hiking trails of the Zagori! The hosts are extremely generous and kind! Everything is provided for, the home is fully equipped and extremely comfortable. The absolutely perfect place to enjoy your vacation in this natural paradise. A 10/10 ! I will return for sure.

First of all and most important the host are great!! helping and support for any request and question that we had, help to bring the suitcases to the house and leave some food for the first day. Thanks a lot! the location is great to go to hiking in the area and the house located close to the village center. exceptional view from the house. lots of facilities and everything that you need exist in the house. very comfort rooms and can have extra 2 places in the upper living room.

Perfect location. The lady manageress extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location one minute walk from the square under the plane tree. Good choice of restaurants Superb greek breakfast. Truly superb I really enjoyed my stay. So will you.. Top tip on how to get there by car. When you arrive at.monodendri, take the small fork to the right. Drive about 1km. The road gets a bit narrower and then turns to cobblestones. After a slight incline about 100 metres, there are two large car parks. You cant drive closer to the hotel

Everything!! Relaxing and amazing time. Perfect breakfast with lots of options. Beautiful and well-equipped large room. Parking on hotel parking area. Calm neighborhood - you can barely hear anything during the night! Sauna/Hamam was perfect! Friendly and supportive Staff! Definitely recommended to stay there.

The family apartment was absolutely great and comfortable for 4 people. We really felt like home! The location is simply amazing, next to the path heading Agia Paraskevi's church in one of the most beautiful villages in Zagorochoria! We also ate in their restaurant and enjoy their food! We felt in love with the place and their people!

Great hotel, that is run by a lovely family! The room was spacious, with a small terrace, and a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast is exactly what you need (vegetables, yogurt, cheese, ham, freshly baked goods, eggs, etc.). The hosts were very friendly and made sure everything is ok with our stay. Probably one of the best hotels we stayed in during our time in Greece, would 100% stay again.

A beautiful traditional hotel, with great view from the balcony, and quite spacious bathroom. Hot water was provided and heating was on all day. Easily accessible both for the car and the luggage, and really friendly staff.

The interior of the hotel is amazing, with a kind of scottish atmosphere. The receptionist is extremely helpful and discrete. The room is fantastic, with a very much enjoyed fireplace in winter, a bed out of this world and a perfectly suited furniture. I literally felt out of time.

My experience at Hotel Monodendri was fantastic -- the warm welcome and kindness of owner and staff, the beautiful and spacious rooms and building, amazing breakfast, and delight of staying in the perfect Zagori town of Monodendri as the leaves turned color this fall made this one of my favorite places in Greece.

Great small hotel with breathtaking views to the mountains! The owner (Marios) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the middle of the larger of the Zaguria villages, with many restaurants in the area, and very close to the entrance to the Vikos Gorge route. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was great.
