What was good: * Mrs. Helena (property manager) was very friendly and helpful. Even if I messed up my order (We arrived one day earlier. 🙄) she helped very promptly. * Overall cleanliness and tidiness was simply awesome. (Professional hotel chains could learn here. + There were trashbins every few meters.) * The beds: Spacious, robust and very comfy * The room design: Furnishing was also very stylish. While rooms are relatively small, you will find at least two power sockets on every wall. * Spacious bathroom with shower. (I especially appreciate the high water pressure... Again: Big chains could learn here with their "water saving showers".) * Location: The kid playground is just across the road, the beach is 300m away, the nearest shop is literally next-door and restaurants are on the same street.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is very well managed, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to make your stay more pleasant. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. The hotel is located right on the seafront, offering amazing views. It is within walking distance of nice beach and several excellent tavernas. The location also makes it a perfect base for exploring the Laconia region, from Monemvasia and Elafonisos to Gytheio. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Amazing value, very friendly host, great location in a suprisingly enjoyable village, clean and comfortble, with a great terrace. George tries very hard to make a good stay for you, and was extra helpful. Keep in mind: This is a very basic hotel. If you base your expectations on the price, however, then it will exceed your expectations in every way. Thank you, George!

Great hotel and staff. Very nice beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Elia with restaurants and supermarkets is easy reachable by foot in 15-20 minutes, although the car is recommended to visit Monevmasia and many other places. The hotel helped us with transfers and renting the car, everything was very easy. Good restaurant, my recommendation will be not to take half-board. It is very nice with wonderful choice of dishes, but in the regular menu the choice is bigger.

A spacious and pleasant house, a well-equipped and pleasant kitchen for preparing meals, a washing machine and a balcony with a laundry basket. Three spacious bedrooms and a large TV in the living room

Silence. We enjoyed this calm place a lot. Relaxing at backyard was a dream. The owner is a person always ready to help. This is the place we are going to return back. My wife has a comment that the kitchen was very well equiped. Do not forget to visit the sunken city of Pavlopetri and to snorchel above.

A perfect house in a perfect location for great holidays! 5' on foot to Plytra's centre. Quiet area, fantastic balconies. With the windows open there was no need for air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a butcher's in Papadianika that you should definitely try. Enjoy Plytra's beach. A swim in paradise!

Beautiful, spacious and a wonderful view

Excellent location, fully equipped, landlord very friendly and willing to accommodate all our requests, very polite and helpful staff!!! If we return to this area in the future will most likely (if available) stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment, premium renovation, nice location!

The house fits perfect to our family - not too big, not too small. Everything needed inside. Veranda with a shade and sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet close to the beach and few tavernas. We felt like home and really hope to visit the property again.
