Wow. We were lucky to stumble across this place!!! A newer resort style accommodation with beautiful pool and public areas. For us it was a one night stay but would have loved to stay longer

Perfectly located for my needs, didn't expect to have parking but they have 5 spots in the back of the building. Just great for my needs and a fair price.

The property has a very good location, as soon as you get off the stairs you get to the promenade, there are also a large number of restaurants with traditional cuisine. In the room you have everything you need. I stayed for 7 nights with my family, 2 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable. The staff was very polite, the house is cleaned every two days and the sheets and towels are changed. Very satisfied.

It has everything! A washer is definitely used after halfway through my vacation. Huge place with some of the fluffiest towels.

From the moment we walked in; it only got better. Beginning with the sea view, the swimming pool , the bar and the room was amazing! Penny was the most efficient and exceptionally friendly employee. Coming back for sure and staying longer. So far the highlight of our trip!

Beautifully furnished, great location for the marina and restaurants

The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. All rooms had separate air conditioners which made the stay very comfortable and customizable to each person’s liking. The beds and beddings were so comfortable, we had a great night sleep. The shower was amazing, very wide and spacious and the shower head also was great! The host was very responsive and accommodating. There was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen, which was a nice gesture! The couch was very inviting and all amenities made the stay very comfortable overall.

The location: central but quiet. On a road, so one can get by car, and yet just off the charming old city and the harbor. The service: Professional, available, knowledgeable, helpful. Sparkling clean.

The apartment was lovely. It is located close to the centre, but nestled in a residential area, so very quiet. Vaso, our hostess, was SO helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Completely new and clean, great location, amazing property

This place is great! It's close to the beach, which is what I wanted most. The host is responsive and helpful!! I appreciated that the room had what I needed and the bed was really comfy.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay there. If you travel without a car it has an ideal location - between the Kiani Akti beach and downtown. The rooms are clean and tidy, the daily cleaning is awesome. And the owner is super friendly and ready to help whenever you need it. We traveled with 2 kids 4 and 7 you and will be back with great pleasure

A perfect hotel in terms of view, proximity to Preveza airport and the promenade (for those arriving by car), the size of the rooms, and parking spaces. The pool is large and luxurious, with well-kept gardens and seating areas. I will note that the style and furniture are somewhat old-fashioned/romantic but very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is varied and extremely tasty. And the staff is kind, smiling, and willing to help. We arrived for one night the evening before our flight back from Lakdah, but we will definitely come again. With the aim of going on star trips north of the hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect. It's not right on the noisy beachfront, but slightly set back. The place is clean and maintained to a high standard. Although we were in a ground-floor room facing the street, there wasn't much noise, and the windows reduce that as well. The breakfast is great, highly recommended.

We really loved this stay. We liked everything, the staff and host were very polite and friendly and helpful; the ambient is perfect, it was very quiet during the night - perfect for sleeping; the apartments are very well equipped, with all amenities and then some. The whole property is perfectly clean and the apartments are being cleaned on a daily basis. Literally every day we had fresh towels. This is by far the best stay we had in Preveza so far. We'll be definitely be visiting again, couldn't recommend it higher.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of the city centre and a small beach. Beautifully presented and very clean. Panos was very welcoming and had left us some fresh fruit from his brother's orchard. Fully equipped with everything you need. Excellent value, would stay again!

very easy to find, easy parking for solo moto biker, 3rd floor in a quite residencial area yet very close to the city center! amazing recommendations for dinner by the owner! will book again on my next visit!
