Lodgings in Syvota

Outstanding views and beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay at Smart Suites Sivota! The studio was really clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Quite and elegant hotel in a wonderful bay

Amazing place, and the people too. The staff was ready for anything. Nature and the place of stay combined very beautifully. We were happy to be there, and we will definitely come back again.

It was very clean, new and with the best view

Beautiful, calm, elegantly designed

Excellent location in the centre of Syvota, just steps away from the port and all the cafes and restaurants and just 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Comfortable beds with nice mattresses. Usable kitchenette, nice balcony overlooking a square. Central location but nevertheless very quiet. Exceptionally clean. Daily housekeeping. Very hospitable hosts. Private parking.

The size of the room, with everything you need .Inside the ap was great and the balcony.

Everything. This is our second time at Aiora, in their biggest suite with the same name. Before I go into some details, I am really impressed the owners took into consideration the guest suggestions: they replaced the dated electric oven and stove and added an A/C in the bedroom (there was one only in the living room/kitchen area). The suite is enormous, with a lot of storage spaces and sleeping areas. We slept in the bedroom, where there's a huge bed (I think it's bigger than a king size), but there were 2 twin beds and a couch in the living room too. The apartments are almost on the beach and you can see the water from the terrace or the yard. There are 3 beaches one can go to without the car: - one is next to the beachbar - one is through a path where the apartment entrances are - one at the end of the street (last photo), a less than 5 minute walk We enjoyed snorkeling and paddleboarding and the water was amazing (clearer than in September). We also took a boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos through their recommended agency, in Syvota. The apartments are 5km from Syvota and a little more from Parga and while they might seem far, the beach bar is an absolute jam. Compared to September last year, they improved the menu and the food is absolutely fantastic. They added fish and seafood in the menu and everything was delicious. I want to send special regards to Angeliki at the bar (I hope I spelt it correctly) as she was really great with us. Thank you for hosting us and our dog and we hope to be back soon to the best seaside accommodation we've ever been to. Carolina, Lorand & Arsie

The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. Gabbana villas are perfectly situated, offering easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Having said this, what truly sets this accommodation apart is the exceptional service. Mr Ilias (the owner) and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were always available to offer help and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent, we enjoyed it

Scores are telling everything. Starting from location, accommodation, weather, hospitality, ... any more comment would ruin the picture I gave you

Excellent experience, wonderful accommodation, i will recommend it for sure.

It is an oasis of peace, very friendly owners and with all the furnitures needed.

The room and the pool were amazing. Very nice looking and comfortable. The view was awesome as well.

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. Olga is a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. Thank you, Olga, for your kindness! The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful yacht marina nearby and an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!
