Lodgings in Xanthi

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It is an older but well kept place to stay with great air conditioning. And it is very close to the bus station.

everything was great, perfect location near to the city center

The location is perfect for those who want to visit Xanthi, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, we did not have breakfast but I am sure it would be good. If I visit Xanthi again, I would stay here for sure.

Modern, newly renovated, very clean and safe place. Really friendly and good host! Thanks Polis!

Everything , beautiful flat , Kitchen fully equipped , coffee machine , tea, candy. Comfortable beds, 3 balconies.

The location is very central, easy to get to, also it has a free underground parking place! The owner was so professional they kept chatting with me on whatsapp to check on whether or not I needed anything! All was perfect

The morning, I enjoyed a consistently delightful breakfast that provided an excellent start to my day. The proximity to the city center was incredibly convenient, allowing me to reach various destinations with just a few steps. The hotel's parking availability proved to be highly convenient.

Great location - 60 m away from the street with cafes, bars and restaurants. A clean and tidy place with great value for money. Would like to visit again.

Being in Xanthi in this amazing place, makes feel I am in different country with different flavor.

It was bearable for one night because of the great location in the heart of Xanthi, but otherwise I would definitely not recommend it.

Center location. New modern building. Clean and modern apartment with a huge terrace.

Location was extremely convenient, the balconies were a great feature and the apartment was very well designed and comfortable.

This is the best laid out apartment I have ever seen in my life, *anywhere* in the word (have traveled quite a bit). There is plenty of space for everything and EVERYTHING seemed to have been thought of. Exquisite craftsmanship from ceiling to floor and everything in between. Powerful air condition and plenty of channels on the LARGE TV. The dropped ceiling showcases beautiful colorful lighting (remote control located inside the cupboard on the full size mirror). The kitchen lay out makes it very comfortable and easy to use, to clean and keep it clean! There are plenty of coffee makers for several kinds of coffee and coffees to use with them and enjoy. We especially liked the excellent espresso machine (Krups for Nespresso) with a few varieties of espresso pods. There is a great divided section, a sort of a breakfast nook, perfect for working on the computer, as it has an excellent, included, WiFi. Not only there is a full washing machine in the bathroom, but inside the breakfast nook closets we found clothespins to use on the clothes lines right outside the window, protected by a nice awning, a very good iron and a nice ironing board to finish the refreshing of clothes! Inside the bathroom cupboard we found a sewing kit and a first aid kit for emergencies, as well as cleaning supplies, including gel bleach, to use if needed. We like disinfecting our area, so the gel bleach was a bonus! The water pressure in the shower was great. And the pièce de résistance was a Shattaf toilet bowl! (look it up if you don't know what that is).

The apartment is just amazing. Modern, super clean, has everything we could possibly need and parking was always very easy. The host was super friendly as well! Definitely coming back to stay here, HIGHLY recommended!

You can tell that the whole resort is maintained with so much love and care to the very last detail. It brings you in another world of peace and relaxation. The delicious breakfast was perfect alongside the beautiful view. Eternal Thank you to Spiros for making our stay unforgettable!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable for a small property. Just a few short blocks to the center but avoids driving issues. Parking on the property. Kitchen facilities for meal prep.
