We visited Gytheio during Christmas and it was a very nice experience for 83 euros including breakfast for two. The room was luxurious with great view at the third floor and the breakfast was very good too. The bed was very big and super comfortable. The bathroom had a weird layout and no noise and visibility separation, probably to look fancy under natural light. A light curtain would be useful. Balcony was huge if you visit during the summer. In general Gytheio is worth a visit during winter, you will avoid excessive heat and tons of tourists.

The room was spacious by most standards and had a very comfortable bed and climate control unit. The balconies are a huge plus and allow the sea beeeze in annd give a nice view of town anctivity. Expect a little street noise but evening activity usually quiets down at a reasonable hour. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was superb. A new boutique hotel, with excellent room including sauna in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the staff were so helpful and nice

The property was stylish, modern, and neat. It has all the modern conveniences expected of a hotel in Greece. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and competent. Room service and breakfast were exceptional. Parking is ample and free. I unreservedly recommend staying at this property. Don’t second guess. Just book!

We had a wonderful stay at 100 Rizes. The setting is serene, surrounded by olive trees and sea views. The room was elegant and spotless with private pool and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even more special. Fey, the manager, was on top of everything and made sure every detail was perfect. Dimitris at reception is a truly special person , warm, attentive, and kind. All The staff were warm, discreet, and professional. A truly relaxing and authentic Mani escape.

Everything was excellent. We appreciated the proximity to nature and the beach, while the children loved the pool and the company of the very friendly dog that resides there.

The Resort is charming with direct access to the Beach. Even SUPs are provided. Jenny is a lovely host and so are the other members of the team. The breakfast includes Organic local products and even homemade Jam. Try the fresh oranges! We had a great time and will definately come again.

My wife and I absolutely loved this little rental! Everything was new, clean and beautiful! What really put the cherry on top was the breakfast with Katerina and Petros. This couple was so kind to us! Katerina made us the most wonderful breakfast! Our only regret is not being more fluent Greek speakers. We would have loved to get to know them better.

Very nice place, big apartment with place for everybody and an amazing view of Gighio marine. The small pool was great snd refreshing.

Very nice house, carefully decorated, very clean and fully equipped. Excellent hostess. It is located on a walking distance from Gytheion center, in a peaceful area.

We absolutely LOVED this place. It was our favorite stay in our 3 week trip to Greece. We enjoyed everything about our stay! When we arrived we had a fridge full of breakfast food, which lasted us multiple meals throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The living room was spacious enough for my toddler to play. We enjoyed the comfiness of the beds and AC was in both the living room/bedroom and in the official bedroom. The bathroom was also well stocked, looked really cool and had a washer which was much needed on our long trip. We also enjoyed the side patio that was covered where we would hang out and eat a meal. The village was small enough we enjoyed walking around. We also had a lovely meal at the restaurant in the tiny town and felt very welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend making a reservation for a 7pm or later meal and get the 6 hr roasted meat. We still think about how delicious it was to this day. We were so grateful that on our first night the host seated us for dinner even though we didn't know to make a reservation and was able to try the most delicious meal :) We give this place a 11/10 and will recommend it to all our friends traveling to Greece.

A family owned establishment, recently renovated into a most beautiful Hotel. The spectacular view of the sea and mountains of the Laconia region leaves you breathless. Breakfast is a treat with a variety of delicious local dishes which you will enjoy. Can't say enough about the staff, so courteous, professional and helpful in making your stay enjoyable. Room was VERY clean and well equipped. Hot shower with alot of pressure. Wonderful after traveling. Manager was extremely helpful. We arrived suddenly when our ferry was put off schedule. Our room was waiting at 3am. The manager welcomed us and assisted with continuing travel arrangements. She is AMAZING!

Perfect - what can i say? the view is amazing in front of the sea. the rooms are well equipped with everything you need. the room has been cleaned and sorted every day! Georgia the owner is such a great person, kind, helpful, the room and area is charming. very comfortable, accessible, and beautiful. Nicely equipped kitchen, clean and spacious. Easy to walk to sights and amenities in Gytheio.

Great location right on the waterfront. We were fortunate to have a room facing the sea, with balcony. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

Clean, new large apartment. Caring staff. Very comfortable and a lot of space outside. Short walking distance to the sea and the village uphill.

Spacious two room appartment with a generous bathroom and shady balconies. In an elevated position at the outskirts of Mavrovouni village juat above the scorching heat of the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. Free on-site parking slots with sunshades
