Super clean, comfortable and friendly staff. We stayed in the private room and the photos don’t do this place justice. It was perfect and the shared bathrooms is right next to the room, with only 2 other rooms using it.

Perfect hostel with great facilities. Quiet streets around. They have private and shared rooms with a lot of common spaces for working or relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for solo travellers

The place and the staff are just lovely.I had to wait for my bus after my checkout,they allowed me to use their facilities while I waited for my bus.Loved the place definitely will repeat.

Ayin finally confirmed my request for twin bed and king to be close each others and she arranged a connecting room, as I booked a month earlier, at beginning she explained it is based on available upon arrival, however I gave her overview, how can guest enjoy an Accor experience prior to their stay,if you are unable to fulfill guest request ahead. Reservation should aware to secure earlier when booking received and front office will make sure their arrival request and room allocation check list 7-3-1 days before. I am traveling since 10 June with my family from Jogja, Dieng, Solo, Semarang and Malang, before heading back home to Bali and ensure we enjoy the last trip ended at Ibis Malang. We got clean room, comfy bed and good view 10th floor. Well done!

The place is a nice garden with bungalows, a restaurant, that's the heart of the place, a horse-riding field. The place is very green, the cottage is spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff, the building is a hidden gem and there is a large courtyard. Very clean and staff is always ready to help you book an excursion or answer questions. There is no kitchen, but there is free coffee, water, and tea. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but we heard it’s amazing. It’s perfect as a backpacker looking for a safe and clean place to stay when planning to see Mt. Bromo!

The Villa was a perfect fit for Family stay. While It's ideal for 4 adult. It could still comfort for 6 people. The Microwave and electric stove was a huge plus point esp if you have toddlers or infant with you. It's a great for value since you live in a villa setting with the hotel facilities.

I spent 3 nights at Zzz Hostel Malang and I am extremely satisfied with my stay. Everything was super neat and clean, and the facilities are top-notch. I also really liked that the hostel is set back from the main road, so you don't hear much traffic noise at all and can get a great night's sleep. It was also super nice that I received a WhatsApp message right after booking, making everything clear and smooth from the start. A special thanks to Reggy, Lia, and Abi for your wonderful hospitality during my stay—you guys were amazing! Top hostel, would definitely stay here again!

It’s truly a boutique kind of place. It has an authentic atmosphere with a personal touch. The place is a testimony to it’s long history yet very comfortable. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood that feels like an open air museum.

The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The place wa so clean and quite even there were hostel. The service worth like 3-4 stars hotel but a lot wiser on the price

What you pay what you will get, I booked my tour with them. Bromo tour and waterfall tour. Friendly guide and everything was clear from them. Recommend for stay and booked the tours.

Clean place and friendly host.

I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at the Hotel Santika and I only wish that I had stayed longer. The staff was one of the most caring and helpful of my 2 1/2 week trip through Indonesia. I especially enjoyed the decors with the fountain in the pool. The bar opens onto the pool area and is very pleasant. They serve an excellent buffet breakfast each morning with a lot of variety. I liked my room and had room service there one evening when I was tired. There are various convenience stores and a pharmacy near. I want to thank the professional staff for always treating me so well, especially when I had a medical issue.
