I found the experience reliable from beginning to end. The room was comfortable, and the staff handled everything efficiently.

location, the pool, the room size, the staff

The room is spacious, the bed and the pool. Love our room that has a pool view. Has a resort vibe

Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

Every things was perfect 👌

Very spacious and bright room. Pretty comfortable and quiet. Good location, friendly and helpful stuff. Good for a short stay.

Good location, new hotel and value for money. Recommended.

It is clean and conveniently located near restaurants, a supermarket, and massage parlors. When we return to Palembang, we will undoubtedly book accommodations at this hotel.
