Semarang is a business city and this hotel was a great business hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive and the facilities excellent. We were given access to the Business Lounge which was on the 17th floor and had great views.

The hotel is as nice as advertised, and we really enjoyed our first visit to Semarang. The hotel definitely contributed to the overall pleasant experience. We also really enjoyed the new skyline bar/restaurant. It’s very well done, and the non-smoking area was especially appreciated. The service at the bar/lounge was excellent as well. Dito, in particular, was very welcoming and showed us around the first evening we visited.
