Lodgings in Biella

The breakfast is great. Espresso machine with wonderful staff serving you as many as you want. High quality food. Most of it home prepared. Great variety of traditional Italian food, great fruit salad, Italian cheese, nuts, dry fruits, juices, cornetos, parking for your vehicle, walking distance to many historical places, restaurants and cafes. The staff is exceptional! The front desk ladies ( I dealt with 3) came out of their ways to help me scan, print and send documents on my behalf. The smile and the good vibe of some girls just made my day. Especially in the morning : )

The staff is very friendly. Service, food, everything is at the level of a 3-star hotel. The hotel is not new, it is of older construction, but everything is clean and tidy. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Location is great , very clean hotel and staff is very nice and helpfull

This was our second stay, beautiful setting, simple rooms at a fair price.

The breakfast consisted of eggs made to order, bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee cold cuts of meats and cheese. Everything was prepared freshly

Very clean and there was a good coffee machine. Also, parking was free on the street in front of the building. All your basic needs will be covered for a quick stay.

Comfortable and spacious room. Very clean, friendly staff

Beautiful brand new property in a restored old factory. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good apartment and Patriza was wonderful!!

Very nice room good breakfast very helpful host

Location and apartment were excellent , clean and very comfortable.Ricardo the host was very easy to reach with any questions and extremely kind and helpful.

It is clean . close to the center Family feeling

I feel like I am their close brother abroad, visit them after long time. They are very kind.

Very nice and accomodating staff. Restaurant exceeded our expectations and again staff at the restaurant was exceptional as well. They have pickleball courts outside but several Padel inside. Gym was very decent for a hotel and Spa looked really nice. Did not use though. And have rental bikes available. Would have been nice to have covered pickleball courts or at least one inside. FYI. The suite in the tower is 5 flights up with no elevator and once inside the suite the bathroom is 2 flights down from the bedroom itself. They were SUPER about moving us once we were there and decided it would not work for us. Very close to Biella. Pretty town and the Sanctuary of Oropa is a must see!!

I loved the restaurant, the food and the service in the restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and professional. The restaurant is also beautiful! Lovely dinner, lovely breakfast!! The room was big, facing the beautiful countryside.

Modern design, spacious, clean and comfortable. Host was very welcoming. Secure gated parking.

Loved being in La Piazza, the old city. Very attractive space, very clean. Had my own bath. The entire space is an apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. Daniella was very accommodating. In 10 days, I never heard and rarely saw the other people (always )women who stayed there. There were different parties who came and went.

Great communication from the host. Helpful advice for finding a restaurant.

Breakfast was not provided. We purchased food from a cute neighborhood food market located very close to the property.

This was a last-minute booking, and the host was incredibly gracious. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room, which is part of the house yet still feels private and separate. The bathroom was a true highlight—beautifully handcrafted by the owner, with an eclectic style and artistic touches. The large garden added to the charm, and we loved every minute of our stay. We would definitely return.
