It had basically everything a family could need for a longer stay, including a crib with good matress. There was also a nice playground for kids outside. The inside was new and looked very nice.

Location, affordability, accessibility, attention to detail within the apartment, fully enclosed outdoor space perfect for dogs, WiFi, and most of all Silvia (the property manager) who was always so attentive to our needs and questions.

Location was amazing! Hotel is comfortable and clean, beautiful and cute. Comparatively, a great beach for the island with plenty of space and clean water. It’s a great spot from which to explore Elba with quick access to Capoliveri and Porto Azzuro.

We liked the apartment in general: spacious, clean and with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. We used the shuttle bus to the city centre of Capoliveri in the evening: that is an amazing service. There is a residence parking space nearby the apartments. The swimming pool is well maintained..

La location è bellissima, con una vista pazzesca sul mare in una zona con tanta tranquillità, natura e quiete. Lo staff gentilissimo, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade della stanza e abbiamo ricevuto la casetta con camera matrimoniale e sala con cucina al posto dello studio prenotato inizialmente e abbiamo apprezzato molto. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un giardinetto tutto per noi con tavola per mangiare fuori. La piscina è di fronte alla residence e ci si attraversa a piedi, molto bella e pulita e si gode di una vista bellissima sul mare. Oltre le nostre aspettative, è stata una piacevola scoperta e sorpresa la residence.

So, actually I loved everything. We came for one night and I didn’t expect anything super, according to some reviews. But it was way more than that. The place is beautiful(the beach) close to the room( maybe 10 steps). The room is outdated but we didn’t care and very clean. The staff are very nice, we had a problem with our mini fridge so they exchange it immediately. The breakfast was delicious. The parking is a big plus. Yes, you need a car if you want to get to a restaurant and explore the city.

It was paradise. You cannot beat the views and it wasn’t an over the top resort. It had a lot of old world charm but still modern enough to be comfortable. We loved it.

Fantastic property for families and amazing beach access. Would certainly recommend for a longer stay. Our room was huge. We didn't take full advantage of it but would go back for a longer stay.

Great location on a lovely beach, family run hotel with great staff and lots of returning customers. Parking on site, great rooms, not the best sea view but we did have a balcony. Delicious paninis for lunch, bar and sunny terrace

Modern and stylish apartment with a stunning hill top view of the sea and mountains. Great location on foot and even better if you have a car as there is parking. Good self catering facilities including fridge and hob, lovely decking for eating and relaxing, spacious bathroom and shower. Laundry facilities near the car park if needed.

Very nice and clean and top equipped apartment! There is also a nice place for a barbecue where the whole family can enjoy the evening! Everything is held in a good condition. Owner is very friendly and flexible, checking in and out was totally uncomplicated and fast. In Villa Mia you feel welcome to enjoy your holiday.. we‘ll plan to come again 🙃

We had a satisfying week at the Albatros holiday apartment in late October. The peaceful atmosphere in Morcone was enjoyable, even though no restaurants or shops were open there anymore; we could always drive to Capoliveri. The apartment had a great view and all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Being just steps away from the beach was convenient, and we could even hear the waves in the bedroom at night. The receptionist was helpful and responsive, making our time in Morcone extremely enjoyable.
