The rooms were very clean. The hotel is a quaint mix of Italy a few years ago, very nice staff, and an excellent restaurant. We would certainly stay there again.

The building itself is very charming and picturesque, and the pool is well-kept. The lobby and decor are very cool with vintage furniture. The staff is helpful. For the price, it was a good value. I would stay again.

The whole experience was exceptional. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was serene. It was a short drive away from all many major cities.

We had a good experience here. The proprietors were very helpful as we discovered a flat tyre as we were leaving and helped us inflate it, recommended a tyre shop and accompanied us to it. The room was great and very spacious

Everything! Especially the host and the territory. Great service, fresh and delicious breakfast, old country house with a history, comfortable beds. Do not miss to visit goats at the territory of the property - very friendly and playful.

We loved our stay! This is a wonderful place. The estate has been renovated to keep a lovely historic feel. And the food! Lorenzo is the young chef who served an awesome dinner! He also drove us into Chiusi because a cab was hard to find. Wonderful people wonderful place. Treat yourself to some quiet luxury!

I don’t even know where to begin. Our stay here was truly magical and unforgettable. This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience the raw beauty and wild nature of Tuscany, while still being in an ideal location to explore the charming little villages nearby. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The staff created an atmosphere that felt like home, and every question or recommendation came straight from the heart. Their passion made our stay feel incredibly personal and authentic. Sleeping here felt like being wrapped in a dream- It’s like staying in a magical farmhouse surrounded by nature. The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious, with fresh, local offerings that gave us a real taste of the region. One of the highlights was the wine tour, which I highly recommend. We tasted some of the best wines we’ve ever had, all while enjoying stunning views and hearing the beautiful stories behind each bottle. I would recommend this place especially to those renting a car, as it’s not in the middle of a bustling city-but that’s exactly what makes it so special. The peaceful, remote setting is part of its charm. This place will forever hold a special place in my heart it’s where I got engaged. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for such a meaningful moment.

The host is nice and welcoming. Clean. Private. Comfortable bed . Parking space. Close to the centro. Excellent value per money. We had everything we needed.

We have traveled quite a bit, but we can say without hesitation that this is the most beautiful and peaceful place we have ever stayed. Tuscany is stunning everywhere, but Macciangrosso sits at its heart in a way that is completely its own. If you are looking for rest, beauty, authenticity, and the feeling that time has slowed down just enough to actually enjoy life - come here. You will not want to leave.

Very near to the railway station, comfortable and cozy place, very clean. Good to start going up to Chiusi The National Etruski Museum and beautiful garden near the museum with amazing toskanian view.

Centrally located near the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything! Property was very clean, everything you need is in there property. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. He helped us to rent a car and his brother transferred this car just right in our place, we didn’t even need to go somewhere. Apartment is big and bright very close to the train station.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout our stay. If I come back to this area in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment with everything you could need. There is a large grocery store maybe 3 minutes walk away and the train station only 7 minutes. Would return!
