It is a room located on the ground floor. It has two entrances and is spacious enough. Good for a ski holiday in Livigno. Good facilities, close to the resort center, with grocery stores nearby.

Comfortable beds, modern and comfortable. No frills but don’t need that. Great restaurant. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. Friendly staff.

Family feeling hotel, so so friendly and helpful stuff, we felt very welcomed. Room was spacious, clean, I never had such comfortable bed matrace - wonderful - I was just a bit upset the bed was not bigger :-) Breakfast was great and we had dinners were excellent, like you would get invited by friend for dinner = home made meal. So delicious. Can only recommend.

Great location, well made room, beautiful views, but the best is staff! Very sorry didn’t get names of very pleasant guy at the front desk and a man who helped with bags first and later assisted with putting a snow chains on my car, I was very worried but they helped to make our stay and departure very smooth and enjoyable. Thank you very much! Definitely a place to stay in Livigno.

The apartment very large for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location very good. The guy in the disck reception was very flexible 👍🏽

The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The wait staff in the restaurant were very attentive and take a lot of pride in what they do.

The property it’s brand new, has everything to satisfy everyone adults and kids

Staff support, service, menu options, wellness facilities, menu options, Public transportation options of train and bus at 15 to 30 minute frequency and only 2.5k from Davos center

Coffee , perfect omelette and fresh cucumbers and lovely cheese served by an awesome young lady. Location is ideal with ski trail (groomed nicely) directly above hotel. I may come back for a ski holiday. Proprietor was on site too which I appreciated.

Super friendly & supportive staff members. Key location for skiing / 23 ,24 ,25 / and local amenities . Highly recommended!

The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The staff really made an effort to assist us with any inquiry we had. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s restaurant is outstanding, one of the best dinner spots in Livigno. The rooms were very clean and cleaned very well every day. Highly recommended!

Beautifully located with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Everything was clean and cozy. The staff was outstanding!
