It was very clean and spacious room

The amenities were fantastic and the staff were so helpful with everything. This is a love hotel which me and my family did not realize! A bit awkward but otherwise our one night stay was comfortable.

Unbelievable -- this house stay is better than our apartment in Japan!!! -- we loved the space, the hospitality, the free snacks, the entertainment (darts, Nintendo Switch, Super Famicom, and more), comfortable accommodations -- and in the center of everything Nagoya -- honestly staying here made me look at the Japanese "Zillow" (SUUMO) to look at houses in the area because after living in Japan for 10+ years and visiting every Prefecture in Japan -- this stay made we want to look into loving to Nagoya because it was as spacious as living in America -- parking was also super easy! The property owners were great at communication and answered all of our questions ahead of time. Honestly one of the best properties we've stayed in throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Clean and close to a train station. Almost everything you need is provided.

Very modern facilities. Full kitchen and laundry machine helpful for longer stays. Bus stop very close to property: Nagoya University < 10 min one direction; Nagoya train station < 30 min other direction (no changes either direction). Bus much handier than walk + subway to get to Nagoya Station for travel by express train to airport - train platform very close to bus stop.

Perfect hotel to stay in if you are visiting Ghibli Park, the station that is directly connected to the park is only about 5 minutes walk. The hotel also has some Ghibli decorations in the lobby which is very cute. They provide free tea and drinks at certain times of day which is very useful. If you agree to their eco cleaning plan they give you some coins to use at one of the special vending machines, which I loved! No other hotel has done this before. The staff are great, they tried their best to help us with areas of interest in the neighbourhood and also to book our luggages for transport (one of the ladies had to try a few times to contact our next hotel). Another standout for me is one of the staff was happy to provide extra tattoo covers for my partner who has some large tattoos. Another hotel denied him using the onsen since the tattoos are too big so it's good to note how much better and understanding the staff at Hotel Route Inn Nagoya are. The onsen is a nice plus as well The breakfast buffet is nice, we really enjoyed the variety every morning + the french toast was amazing. If I plan to go back to Ghibli Park if they improve their attractions, I will stay here again.

Very close to station and center of city. The room was larger than average and the bed was really comfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely book here again the next time I visit Nagoya—I won’t even look anywhere else! The staff are just outstanding. I actually managed to hurt my leg during my stay, and the staff were so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. I also made multiple requests, including a room change, and their communication was always clear, fair, and highly professional. Speaking a bit of Japanese definitely helped, but their level of service is truly top-tier.The rooms are very satisfactory, perfectly clean, and the pillows are in great shape with absolutely no smell. Another massive highlight is the top-floor hot bath honestly, I rate this hot spring even higher than the one at the new hotel in Haneda Airport! and finally, the location is awesome, right next to a beautiful park with great open space. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! (part of me don't even wanna leave a glowing review cuz i don't want it to be flooded with tourists haha) 名古屋に来るなら絶対にまたここを利用します！他を探す必要が全くないくらい、本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。 何よりも一番感動したのは、スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしい対応です。24時間体制でサービスを提供してくれて、こちらの要望にもすごく柔軟に応えてくれました。実は滞在中に足を怪我してしまったのですが、スタッフの方々はとても温かく、親切で親身になって助けてくれました。部屋の変更など何度もリクエストをしてしまった際も、説明やコミュニケーションが非常に明確で誠実、とてもプロフェッショナルでした。少し日本語が話せることも役に立ちましたが、それを差し引いても本当に素晴らしい接客レベルです。 お部屋はとても清潔で居心地が良く、枕も型崩れがなく無臭で、とても満足できました。さらに、最上階にある大浴場は最高のボーナスです！正直、羽田空港の新しいホテルの温泉よりも、こちらの温泉の方が断然気に入りました。ロケーションも最高で、開放感のある美しい公園のすぐ隣にあります。名古屋を訪れるすべての人に心からおすすめしたいホテルです！

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything with a smile. Rooms were very clean. Location was great and the buffet was perfect. This hotel made me really enjoy Nagoya.
