Breakfast was great, the location was close to the train station, and it's the first time I've seen a gym at a hotel in Japan! I thought the room was a great size and everything was very clean.

Dinner served in your room and breakfast was outstanding. Staff was so nice and attentive, they even helped dry our wet shoes from the snow. They left a card and some socks for souvenirs, it was incredibly touching and thoughtful. Highly recommend this beautiful place to stay.
