Very comfortable apartment with everything you need, great pool

It’s was new and clean and nicely laid out, and perfectly situated for an easy walk to the old town and the beach. Great parking. Allowed us to keep the car parked for a couple of hours after check out. Thoughtful hosts who found my forgotten outlet adapter and left it in a plastic bag tied to the car door. Very impressed!

Location is great, the beach is across the street, also the market, apartment has all the amenities - iron, hairdryer, big balcony.

The appartment is amazing. Everything is completely new, and the whole design is amazing. The owners thought about all the small details to make the stay just perfect. The view is amazing, and Kristin sent us some good recommendations for our stay, and agreed for us to late check out. highly recommended!

It is steps from the water and the views out of the upstairs windows were amazing! The property is right on the path into Old town, less than a mile walking.

I enjoyed me stay at Seaside Studio Mare very much. It is a little ways out from the hustle and bustle Kotor. Quiet and peaceful. Kotor was easy enough to get to by bus or taxi. There are 2 terraces to relax and enjoy a quiet view of the Bay of Kotor. The swimming area directly across the road was a big plus. I swam daily. I could walk in either direction and choose a restaurant. A small market was within walking distance, very convenient. The hosts were super sweet, and very helpful for any questions about the area and offered good options for local activities. My room was comfortable and had everything i needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Saint Matthew Place. You could tell every detail had been thought when designing the apartment. Great location to explore Kotor and surrounds with a 5/10 min walk to some great sea front restaurants and bakeries, supermarkets. Bojan was so helpful and spent time with us to show us around and any small detail we needed, he was sure to help. Would highly recommend and love to return!

A comfortable apartment 2 minutes walk from Dobrota's beautiful promenade, 10-15 minutes walk from Kotor old city. It has 2 bedrooms (both with a double bed), one bathroom, a large livingroom, a dining table and a kitchen, as well as a small lovely terrace. The home owners are responsive and nice.

This apartment is in a great location - just a couple of blocks to the bay where there are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. I would suggest this location over Kotor old town due to the craziness of old town. The host is extremely nice and made sure to give us a lot of recommendations and even helped call some local restaurants to help us with reservations. The place was very clean, no issues with wifi, and had all the amenities you need for your stay. They have two dogs and one will come with you to town and everyone knows him, it’s great. One thing to note is you do have to pay in cash so make sure you take the money out beforehand because we struggled getting enough out with ATM withdrawal limits over the time we were there. However, the host was super patient and understanding so we really appreciated that.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is exactly as described, modern, spacious and very well equiped. The cleanliness mentioned by other guests is absolutely true, everything was spotless and we felt comfortable and at home right away. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made evenings even more relaxing. We also found some extras not even mentioned in the description, like Android media players on the TVs, which was a nice surprise. The Wi-Fi is not only available, but really high speed, unlike in many other places where it barely works. On top of that, Danilo, our host, was very kind and atentive. He replied quickly and also gave us good tips for things to do around. We really enjoyed our time here and we will be happy to come back when visiting Montenegro again.

The property is very new and has all the facilities you need. The host is very nice and helped us with details when asked. The property features a washer and a drier as well, so it's very easy to wash your clothes.
