I only stayed one night in this apartment but I was very satisfied, everything was good and the staff was welcoming.

A 10/10 stay . I was with my wife and stopped in Ulcinj and saw this hotel and must say i didnt miss . The location was the best , first line near the sea and wonderful sea views . Cleaninnes was spot on. Cant forget the staff which was very kind , friendly and helpful, they were very welcoming and gave us a newer onebedroom apartment for free . Breakfast was very tasty. Everything else was also perfect. Will come back again...

Very friendly stuff, nice pool, delicious breakfast

Everything was perfect! The service was amazing and all the staff are like one big family. I stayed with my little baby and we had a wonderful time. I will definitely stay here again on every future visit. Such a beautiful experience!

It was clean. The food was amazing. The rooms too. The staff super super friendly, the friendliest I have encountered in my trips.

Family owned apartment building. Close to supermarket and some restaurants...30min walk from the old city and beach . The place has parking space inside the property.

There is a parking. The family- owners meet you personally! So they are very friendly and attentive to your needs)) Very clean room , kittle and tea, coffee in the room , fen , and cleaning every day and towels as well! Location is 5 min to the center of the city . And what is the most importante they have very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Thank you it was very comfortable to stay in your hotel !

The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and spacious, amazing views. The area near the private beach was amazing too. The host was very helpful. A tip for the future travelers: buy food and beverages in advance. It’s possible to order food delivery to the apartments, however it’s 20 minutes walk to the nearest shop.

A truly stunning hotel that exceeded every expectation. The property is beautiful and immaculately clean throughout. Breakfast and desserts were absolutely amazing. The view is spectacular — beautiful beach views with a castle on the hill. Perfect for nightlife lovers. Highly recommend!

Great apartment and “hotel” structure. Nice pool and amazing beach area with sun beds and bar (shout out to the bar employer that was super nice to us!). The hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog to breakfast, dinner and also to the sun beds. The breakfast is amazing, and the restaurant is good but very overpriced - specially the wine bottles. They have parking space and is about 10 minutes walking until the old town. And friendly reminder - bring repellent to the beach and restaurant or you will be eaten alive!

The location is good if you've a car. The apartment has a great price-quality relationship. Great seaview's balcony, and big room space

Very nice stay. The accommodations were perfect . Large clean room with beautiful views from our balcony. Right in the middle of the old town pedestrian area. Our hosts were wonderful, we were allowed to check in a little early and were escorted to our room by the cheerful owner.

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The location is stunning, right in front of the sea with amazing views. A special thanks to Suhaila and Sultana at the reception team—they were exceptionally polite, helpful, and very efficient with quick service. I loved every detail, including the restaurant—the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended

Loved the amazing view from the balcony, and the very tasty breakfast buffet. Also, the owner of the apartment is super kind and helpful. All in all, this was an amazing stay for a budget friendly price.

Everything about our stay felt special. The view was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful, warm and almost magical. Most of all, our hosts Nedzad and Vandetta, together with their son Andi, welcomed us with such genuine kindness that they did not simply feel like hosts, but like people we hope will remain friends.

Excellent Hotel and location with the best staff. The main man, the manager, does it all and is nothing but a master of hospitality and obviously knows how to run a good business.
