This was my third stay here. The hotel is still doing great! I received everything I needed from the staff, they were professionals. Great communication in English. The meals were various and tasty, with many options. The atmosphere is good here. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and we could darken it with the curtains. The surroundings are really nice. Highly recommended.

The check in/out process were very smooth, the staff at the reception were always ready to support/ answering my questions with a smile Salute to both Julia and Zahra. Location is very close to the center, walking distance from bars/ restaurants. free water, coffee, cookies at the reception. I booked Deluxe Double Room which was very good for 2 people, view of the church and the river. you have every basic option for breakfast; scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, oats.. croissant, different types of cheese.. etc, next time I am in Eskilstuna, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

The receptionist - exceptional lady. Smiling, talkative (but not too much), very nice - walked me to my room & showed around - where's breakfast, how to open the door etc. Tea, coffee, juices available 24/7. In the evening sandwiches, cakes and fruits were offered for free. Only the swimming pool is missing to call it all inclusive. And all of it in the 3-star hotel in a small swedish town. Very impressive. I will be missing you!

Location was ok, it was possible to hear a passing train but only at daytime. At arrival gps brought to the boom gate but there was a sign with a writing check in but there was no check in, had to call to find out that check in is longer back in another building. A minor setback.

The area around the hotel was calm and relaxing. The room in the hotel was small, but good enough for a two night stay. Next time we might try one of the cabins instead. There are lots of free parking places. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.
