Lodgings in Visingsö

Visingsö Vandrarhem is fantastic and affordable hostel for a stay during summer and is located close to several tourist attractions. The shared Bathrooms and toilet are clean. The kitchen is really good with microwaves ovens, fridges, electric stove, kettles and basic kitchen utensils. There was also a good common-area/lobby with TV and small library with storybooks, Movie CDs, etc. There are also dining tables outside and there is also a play area for children outside. Easy check-in process. There are also grill areas for barbecue. Staff were quite helpful and you need to clean the room during check-out. Good value for money.

Nice hotel, with a walking distance from the harbor. Descent breakfast.

Charming old hotel with stylish decoration. Nice view over the lake. Make sure to pay a visit at the restaurant 😊

Loved the ambience and the location. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast was delicious.

Great value for money. Fully equipped kitchen, own apartment, super clean!! Cozy place with an opportunity to enjoy the garden. Buy breakfast in Coop and eat it in the garden.

The place is great in every way. We were 3 old school buddies, in town for a reunion. When we came back "home" in the middle of the night, we were secluded enough as to not bother anyone. We were not bothered by noise. The owner has done a great job in decorating the place. There's a full kitchen and dining table indoors, BBQ and seating outdoor. Parking right on the door step. If you are friends or family I would recommend not stretching to the full "7 people occupancy", not that you c a n ' t do it but bear in mind: there's just 1 toilet and one shower. Stellar accommodation! Much recommended!

The main building itself, so historic and beautifully designed and decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to every detail. The food was exquisite.

Good location to reach all parts of Gränna. The lake is visible from the bedroom window Very modern, with good facilities. Kitchen has all the supplies, and the bathroom is modern Friendly host

The 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and has lots of large windows so it’s bright and airy. Very clean, no clutter and furniture is very comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need. Full size bathroom with shower. Access to laundry room and plus. There is a large patio, enclosed porch and swimming pool.

Great location, and our hostess Lena was a delight!! And the included breakfast was delicious.

Our stop in Granna was planned as a waypoint on our way south. We had reserved a room in the old carriage house for one night. However, once we arrived at the lodgings, located in the center of town, we knew we needed to extend our stop one more day. Instead, we elected to switch to lodgings in the main house. The accommodations there were very comfortable, and reminiscent of a rich past. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to our traveling friends.

The owner was incredibly kind and went to the store to buy us some shower gel, and was always so responsive and kind in giving us recommendations. We also made an error with the booking and didn't have any issues working it out!
