The property was beautiful and well-maintained with comfortable, air-conditioned seating areas near the lobby and in the restaurant. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable about the region, suggested excellent tours and excursions, and were happy to help arrange visits to local wineries. The quality of the food at the hotel was also fantastic. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, so that even after 5 days, one can still have something new everyday if desired. The dinner menu also left nothing to be desired. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The proximity to the local beach was a real highlight. The water is so clear that you can snorkel and see sea sponges, sea cucumbers, fish, etc. all in a bed of sea grass. We also took advantage of the very affordable SUP rental.

Since my stay there was for work (in Treste), the location is splendid and it has free & safe parking arranged! Slovenian phone/internet signal here is bad, but I always used the Italian one on my phone, for the laptop from the owners/SobeMara wifi was fluent for all the online meetings as well. beautiful terrasse both sides (you choose based on sun position) and even when they have more guests, they put us in different houses/apps so well we don't have much contact if we don't want too. going back in October for sure, would recommend!

The apartment is very well equipped. Nothing was missing. The parking is right in front of the entrance. Great value for a couple travelling by car. The location is up on a hill. Nice pizzeria and steakhouse down the road. A bakery and supermarket is also available in walking distance.

The apartment is very clean and modern, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is super comfortable, and the area is calm and peaceful, making it perfect for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is close to the beach and has its own parking space, which is a big plus. The owner of appartment was very welcomming and nice. The location of apartment os very amazing- near by sea. It was very lovely place to rest. There was everthing what was needed for one night stay and enjoy Slovania seaside. Very lovely place.

We have selected this apartment because of the private "beach" and it was great. Enjoying the sea early morning or late evening are very special. Or having a cold drink on the terrace, or grilling just 2 meters from the sea... The house was very well equipped, with care and comfort. Air condition is much apretiated.

The apartment is close to the beach. It is well equipped for a smaller family. It was clean, and they changed the towels, although we did not ask for it. The wifi was stable and strong enough for streaming.

Very comfortable and well furbished apartment on the ground floor of a house with two friendly cats and ducks, and a lovely big garden. Surrounded by an olive grove, fig trees and others. Very quiet area on the hill between Koper and Muggia. Many thanks to Lea and Marko for taking the time to show us around the garden and teach about the various plants. It was a perfect relaxing stay on hot summer days.

The wonderful hosts, Tomaš and his mom made sure that I would remember my stay in their apartment for a long time and with a smile. A nice view of the port of Koper from the property makes moments of rest even more beautiful. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy your business activities or a perfect rest.

Very comfortable apartment. You can find everything what you need. Kitchen with fool equipment, comfortable beds. And the most important - the hosts were very nice and helpful. This apartment is the best choice to visit Koper, Isola, Triest, Piran. I definitely recommend it 🙂

We loved this stay. It was everything I expected and even more beautiful. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The building and surroundings have old world charm and it is peaceful. I would love to return for a relaxing disconnect vacation. Breakfast was very generous and the food is delicious. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. It looked like the perfect place for a wedding or anniversary event. We wished we could stay longer!
