Had pool and hot tub. The common areas were nicely landscaped. Provided chairs, bikes, and towels.

Excellent location only a couple mins away from the beach, and a good amount of restaurants, bars, etc within walking distance 10-15mins. Room was nice, comfy bed, nice bathroom, everything very clean. Every room has its own table&chairs outdoors - highlight of the room imo. Would definitely recommend this accommodation, would visit again.

Condo where exactly as shown in pictures , very clean and comfortable , perfect location very close to the beach. , walking distance to everythin !! Susan and local staff were always available and respond immediately with very acurate info !! Definitely come Back destination

We were desperately in need of a quick staycation before tons of family arriving for Christmas. So we came across this brand new hotel half a block from Point of Rocks on Siesta Beach. The room offered a modern and chic cottage vibe. Bed was super comfy and our sunrise walk on the beach was the cherry on top. The village was a close easy walk too. Many great shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

The location was great. The beach equipment provided was in great shape and was perfect! The property was well maintained and very comfortable. It was close to a Breeze bus stop so it was easy to get around. Check-in and check out were easy. I highly recommend this property.

Fact that the unit had been updated and was very clean. Conveniently located to beach and beach chairs and a Cooler were nice additions.

Kyle was an amazing host and checked in with us, daily, to make sure there was nothing we needed. The location was absolutely perfect! I have been to Siesta several times and this is one of my favorites.

Very well appointed unit, amenties included a countertop ice maker and a bluetooth speaker.

Service and staff were friendly courteous and eager to help and answer questions. The property is beautiful and the rooms are elegantly appointed.

Rooms were nice, location was perfect for the play we were seeing.

Very nice boutique hotel. Onsite restaurant was very good quality food. Every staff member very friendly. Loved the refill water filtration machine.

I loved how close and easy it was to travel from this location to the beach. It also came with way more supplies than I was expecting and it was SO clean. I couldn’t love this property more. This was my second time flying to Florida for vacation and this was my absolute favorite property. It also has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels, shampoo and conditioner which is a win when flying from PA to Florida as you can not travel with these things. Book here!!!

It was absolutely lovely!! They thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible and the staff/owners were so incredibly helpful and caring, we can not wait to go back!

Great Location. very clean and comfy. great Lanai . Great view of it from comfy furniture. I was greeted in the morning with momma and baby ducks, rabbits, cranes, birds that sing you to sleep at night. loved our stay
