The hotel is brand new and you can see that it was designed and built properly. We couldn't find a single fault with it. Beautiful building inside and out, comfy beds, great bathroom, soundproof windows, tram station right at the front door, polite staff, quiet and fast elevators.

My room was exceptionally clean and cozy! The design of the room is very cool and the hotel itself is stunning! The shower was so good too! I walked everywhere from this location, a 30-minute walk to Innere Stadt. Everything was easily accessible, with public transportation available just outside the hotel. Lena and Simone were helpful, warm and welcoming.

The apartment was great, two bedroom with 3 beds and a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen an large bathroom. It was very good stay, no complaints. It was not noisy, (good windows) although near to the train and street with tram. It is some 30 minutes by tram (line 62) to the center (14 stops). It was also 45 minute walk from Schonbrunn (it was not super near but ok). It was warm inside, although air condition was locked and can't be changed. All clean and kitchen had everything for 6 people with dishwasher. Since it was holiday and weekend we parked for free in a nearby street, so we didn't use parking garage (a bit expensive). Enough towels and everything in the toilet. Beds have hard mattreses and warm blankets.

I would definitely stay at The Residence Inn by Marriott Vienna City East again. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the U-bahn so very fast and easy to access the city center and attractions. The breakfast selection had plenty of options which were being continually refilled. Overall a perfect place to stay in Vienna.
