AustraliaImpossible to fault for 2 night stays, owners Phil and Jane have done a perfect construction with sound proof rooms 5 meters from rain forest at closest point. These two rooms became available late February 2026 and they are learning what to do for people like us who stayed 4 nights, especially as we are both over 80. They took note and will rectify a couple of very minor inconveniences. Excellent BBQ covered area with stove and seating. Do thoroughly recommend as a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The hotel is very close to the Esplanade and beach, so location is tops. The apartment is spacious and sitting area is very comfortable. Laundry facilities in the apartment was great and we had lorikeets visit us on the balcony.

Very recently upgraded and well-appointed apartment provided quality accommodation. Fully equipped with all the essentials provided plus extras like coffee pod machine, containers, ceiling fans, sun loungers, washing machine, etc. Well maintained facility with pleasant surroundings and enjoyable pool. Very good location adjacent to pleasant Noosa River walk. Great hosts - friendly and accommodating.

Loved it so much that we reserved 4 nights but hated to leave so stayed 8 nights !!
We normally stay in 5 star hotels and have stayed in many place around the world and Netanya did not disappoint!!
Unreal location on the beach ( we had an oceanfront apartment and absolutely worth the extra money!!
Graham ( hope I got the name right) was amaZing and so patient as well as helpful when we extended our stay twice !!

Room roomy for 2 had all we needed,had ceiling fans and aircon and a balcony, kitchen, free wifi, carport for cars and swimming pool and bbq area if wished to use. They had a good information booklet for the apartment and surround area. Great view overlooking the river and close to small shopping centre and hotel that had meals. Just be aware no lift if on the upper 2 levels have to climb steps.

We've been staying at Kings Beach for at least twenty years with the last few years at Luveka. We have stayed at a lot of 4* accommodation and by far the Luveka apartment has exceeded a few areas of importance for me when holidaying, proximity to beach, walking paths, coffee shops and grocery stores, cleanliness, and apartment facilities. Value for money is on point too. We are very impressed with Luveka and the Team at Local Agent Caloundra. 5* all round

The staff on arrival were so friendly, really set the standard for the holiday. Great pool, central location across from the beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Big and very clean apartments. I’ve stayed at a lot of Oaks and this was by far the best I’ve seen, great hotel.

super accommodation , central to most holiday places, 20 minutes all directions, the apartment had view of the ocean, the hills, the town, couldnt fault it. Just wish the weather was better. But even with rain we managed to get out and about . Coffee shops and Surf Club all in walking distance.

The host called us to arrange when we arrived to help us park and settle into the apartment which was great. A free bottle of bubbles was in the fridge. Great location and very relaxing. The room was serviced very well every day which was great, as so often now even hotels are not doing this. Can't wait to go back.

Huge balcony with expansive views of the ocean from floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors in the subpenthouse apartment. Both bedrooms also have sliding doors to access the balcony. You can hear the ocean while you sleep even with the doors closed. Great cafes nearby. A short walk across the street to the beach. Can’t beat the location or views. Shirley was great!

My stay at Belmondo apartment was excellent! The place was superbly equipped, making our stay extremely comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. Moreover, the location of the apartment is unbeatable, with a café right across the street and a mini-market.. Additionally, it's only a 15-minute walk from Hasting Street! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in the area. An amazing experience overall!

I recently stayed at Noosa Sun Motel and found it to be a great choice for us. The motel offers excellent facilities, exceptional service from friendly staff, very clean accommodation, exceptionally comfy bed (Room 8) and is conveniently located with good value for money.

Room was spacious and clean. Quite basic in its amenities but that's any hotel room imo. It definitely looked new and had a big balcony outside, and I did sleep well after a 39-hour long journey. Stayed there 1-night so I don't have any complaints about the room.

Great location, great sized apartment, and the dining and lounge furniture was very nice, modern and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet for a great sleep. The pool is nice and big with some undercover area. Overall good value for money.
