When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

The bathroom was modern and had a jacuzzi, which was a real bonus. The staff were kind, helpful, and available when we needed something. Would definitely stay here again!

The view was spectacular and if you have a child you can watch them on the playground from the balcony. The apartment has spacious and the kids room in the hotel had everything to entertain a small child The póol was great!

The location is convenient next to the lift and close so some restaurants. The apartment was sparkling clean offering tea coffee etc. The communication with the accommodation was swift and easy. We really felt like home! Thank you!

I loved everything in this hotel. From the huge, tidy, clean and comfy room, to the beautiful swimming pool and different sauna options in the spa. The breakfast in the restaurant was really delicious with many options. All the stuff from the hotel was really kind and always helpful with my requests and questions. Especially, Ms Snejana from the receptionists and the massage therapist Ms Desislava. I stayed for one week and i recommend it to everyone that wants to stay there, either for vacation or work. It’s just awesome hotel! 10/10

The apartment was of decent size, cable TV including pay per view sports channels, fantastic view from the rooms. No noise can be heard from the other rooms, which was good if you want to relax and have a good night sleep.

Absolutely fantastic stay. We've stayed previously at the Green Life Apart hotel and the Castle, however this time it was special as we've had the most comfortable and warm apartment, conveniently located next to the lift, so no need to climb up or down the stairs with the large suitcase. Reception and housekeeping staff were as usually very friendly and accommodated our request not to disturb our little cat throughout the day whilst we were skiing. Thank you so much!

Very pleasant apartment, exactly as described. The location is a 1 minute walk away from the ski tracks. On top was the guaranteed parking space that solved a huge issue.
We will, for sure, be back again.

The hotel is located in a quiet and picturesque location. Throughout our stay we enjoyed hiking, the spa and the magnificent view from the apartment window. The apartment has everything you need and even more. I was pleased with the opportunity to turn on a movie on a fairly large TV screen (the TV has Internet access, YouTube, and a browser). We found the nearest large grocery store, Bill's, 15 minutes by car. The hotel also has a restaurant where the food is very tasty. We really enjoyed it and it was a real Christmas holiday.

The location is great. The apartment is really spacious and nice, also with nice view comparing to a double room, which is very small.
The hotel offers parking, open and covered. That makes it very comfortable in the area.

Everything was great! The apartment, service, location, all of it. We travel a lot in Bulgaria and usually our expectations are not met, but we loved this place.
The apartment was very clean, breakfast was very good (and huge). An important thing for us - the mattress was not soft, so we slept well.
We really enjoyed our quiet vacation next to a cozy fireplace :)
