Clean, comfortable, looked just like the pictures. We were arriving late at night and leaving in the morning, and we coordinated everything without trouble. Juan was very kind and helpful.

The property is clean but it seems to only be on the outside? I had to leave the next day as the toilet wasn’t flushing and there was no staff to talk to who could resolve the issue. No reception either except for the cleaner. The lady that checked me in the day before convinced me to pay with them directly however, when I had an issue, there was no one there to resolve it. Overall I wouldn’t recommend booking directly with the hotel as there’s no accountability. I’m currently disputing the charges with my credit card as a result since they never replied to my messages.

We booked and showed up at this propriety late at night after begin left stranded by Alpro Departamentos, our original reservation. We were upset and angry and we were welcome with a big smile, kindness and sympathy. This was by far the best place we stay in Chile. The ladies that run it are super sweet, smiley and kind. We felt at home. Their breakfast is very good, plentiful, sweet and savory. Everything was spotless clean, always. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfy, our room had a desk and a tv with streaming services. Internet was strong and stable, perfect for work. The hostel is also 1 minute walk from the beach with board walk, outside gym, restaurants and markets. Quiet at night, you can hear the ocean from your bed. Stay here, don’t look any further!
