TurkeyCopla is located in a very central part of Bilbao. From the hotel, all the main attractions were in a walking distance. Apartments and facilities were very clean and designed beautifully. It had all the necessary utilities and it was a very smart addition to provide single use dishwasher and washing machine capsules. It was very quiet during our stay and beds were quite comfortable, we loved the stay.

South AfricaThe shower was phenomenal.. The bed comfortable. The daily complimentary water was very welcoming as we're the free toiletries. Everything in the room worked. The breakfast was fresh and filling. The staff very welcoming and alert. New cutlery would be provided without asking. The breakfast extremely good value? I loved the decor of the breakfast area, being surrounded by shelves upon shelves of antique books. Another plus was that the rooms are totally soundproof. One did not hear anyone or their comings and goings.
All in all a very pleasant stay.

Great central location to old town and train station and lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and gave us a useful map of the city as well as sights to see while we were there. Lovely comfortable bed, good soundproof room with sun shade and light out curtains to keep the room nice and dark, aiding a good sleep. Air conditioning was good at keeping the room cool even with temperature outside being over 30°.

Amazing stay, the apartment is newly refurbished and modern, well equipped with all major kitchen tools and even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Beds are cosy, blinders in the window for proper dark sleep. The shower is really great, spacious and strong flow. Wifi works well and there is plenty of free parking around. Toiletteries are provided, as well as coffee and some small treats. Location is awesome, quiet, yet right inbetween the town and the beach. Friendly and responsive host. Would 100% recommend.

Room was clean, simple, and adequate. However, there is not much privacy since there is an apartment right in front of the hotel.
Breakfast was good, the produtcs were good quality (except for the bread and bakery products), and there was a lot of variety.

Great location close to the main beach and an easy walk into the old town. The room was small but comfortable, good large bed. No frills hotel room but if you needed anything else you can just ask and the staff are very helpful. Good value for money and a good location so great for a short stay when you just need good access to the town and a comfortable nights sleep.

Lovely sized room, great shower, huge bed, grand entrance to the building, peaceful night’s sleep - couldn’t hear neighbouring guests, and the owner was very responsive to texts before the visit. The hotel was a very useful central location. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and clean accommodation beautifully situated above San Sebastián. Very friendly and helpful staff , good breakfast available for a reasonable price . There is a brilliant bus no 16 that stops right outside the hotel and takes you into town. Runs every 20 mins so no need to use car or worry about parking

Great central location. Modern , clean & comfortable apartment. Check in was super easy & efficient, despite the host not being there ,we were let in remotely whilst speaking on the phone. Kitchen was well equipped & modern. We met Gaston , one of the hosts whilst we were there & he was very pleasant & helpful. The list of recommended restaurants that were messaged to me before arrival were useful & a nice touch. Overall a great stay in an interesting, friendly city.

The room was very neatly designed, comfy, and spacious. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and the rooms are equipped with electric window blinds, so there's not room nor light interfering with sleeping. The AC was super great and should be useful in the hot summer days.

Host made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of information about the area and facilities available. Our suite was spotless and it was in an excellent location close to centre and train station. Brilliantly equipped with lots of thoughtful touches such as a fridge stocked with essentials (in the room) and home-made jams (in the shared kitchen). We ate our breakfast there and I did not have to do the dishes (has a dishwasher) her thought was: I would be on vacation, so no dishes. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

All was great! It was very easy to check-in, the manager was always in touch and answered on all of our questions. Near the hotel there are a lot of bus stops and a railway station, so it was very comfortable to visit other cities. Also, if you want to eat something, you need to spend only 5 minutes to find a very big closest shop :)
In addition, I want to mention a perfect condition of apartments - all was clean and good. Near the apartment there is a very nice and clean beach. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this little gem in San Sebastián. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment as we needed to get washing done after 2 weeks of hotels. It was small but very well appointed and we slept well and had everything we needed. Staff parked our hire car with zero fuss. The location can’t be beat.

The location is excellent, right next to the Guggenheim and only a short walk to the shopping area and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the area is quiet at night so had the best sleep. Loved it, will be back! Parking right under hotel accessed by a car elevator.

Good location, we were visiting to dine at a nearby restaurant so it wasn’t important that the accommodation was out of the city centre. Excellent communication with the owner which made self check in very simple. The apartment is in a lovely non touristy area which suited our needs perfectly, very good bus services which got us to our restaurant very easily and it’s obvious that it’s also really easy to get into the centre of town by bus from here. Comfortable and clean
