Giulia was an amazing host, super-friendly and excellent communication/recommendations. The stunning apartment is in the old town and so easy to walk to the main attractions, great restaurants/shops on your doorstep. Breakfast was incredible. Great location. 10 min walk from train 7 min to hospices hotel dieu. Supermarket and bio shop next door.
Standard room. Super clean. Very comfortable. Windows open wide - good ventilation. Overlooking car park at back. Very quiet and peaceful good nights sleep. Corridor sound isolation seems good. Quiet neighbouring room but walls paper thin. Could easily hear so could be a problem with noisy folk.
Luggage storage room available. Well managed.
Good value for money.
Would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel on "the ring" that runs around the edge of Beaune's Old Town, meaning it is only a short walk (5-7 minutes) to most sights and attractions. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great night sleep.

Really lovely little apartment and so close to Beaune centre. Spacious, clean and lovely style. Good cooking facilities and nice shower. Handy for shopping at Lidls. We loved the visits to Hotel DIEU and Maison des Climats which were 10 minutes walking distance away.

Lovely stay.
The low reviews due to the stairs is unfair.
The hotel very clearly outline in all of their advertising that there is a steep spiral staircase with no lift. The building is old but very beautiful and the hostess is absolutely lovely.
The location is excellent, building is picturesque, hostess is very lovely and speaks terrific English. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep. Black out curtains and air conditioning made for a comfortable stay.

Secure underground parking.
Nice clean apartment with well equipped kitchen, large bathroom plus sleeping / seating area.
Well situated and quiet well away from the main area.

This is a beautifully renovated apartment in a 200+ year-old historic building hidden behind age d gates. It is located in the centre of Auxerre. It is extremely comfortable and has all that you could need for a vacation.

The host gave us all the instructions that we needed to get into the accommodation. There were many extras like shampoo, tea, coffee, etc which we really appreciated. The accommodation is newly renovated I think, everything is very new and stylish. Enough room for a one night stay with four people. The area is very quiet in the night. A restaurant ist just below. The sleeping rooms can be made all dark. Parking lots are just in front of the building. Communication with host was very good via the app. Bed comfortable and new.

We used the hotel as a sleepover spot during a longer trip. For this purpose it is ideal. It is a great advantage that they have a 24 hour reception ( we arrived around 2am). The staff was nice. The breakfast was good.

Perfect stop for an overnight stay en-route to the Alps. Hotel as shown, staff helpful, polite and attentive.
Rooms reasonable size. Beds very comfortable, had good nights sleep. Breakfast was a good selection of continental options, with unlimited coffee.

Good place for one night stop-over in a long journey. We were travelling by car and this hotel has own private parking, that is really useful. Comfortable room, clean bathroom, silent sleep at night and energizing breakfast in the morning. Right what we needed.

Location is 15mins walk to centre Dijon, 2 mins by tram outside hotel. Hotel has generous apartment room size and balcony, practical small kitchen. Small fitness equipment but practical. Right next door to Gastromomie Food Exhibition and shops (Burgundy food and wine region). Excellent stay for family.

We booked this hotel for one night while travelling to the Alps for skiing vacation. All was perfect. Quick access to the motorway, breakfast was perfect, tea and coffee facilities in the room always nice. New, clean hotel.

Perfect stop for the night at a very reasonable price. The receptionist (man) very nice very welcoming. The hotel and bedrooms Very comfortable and very clean. The only problem it's the restauration, we were advice to go at Buffalo and it's was the worth ever restaurant, never take chicken and jacket potato.... It's a pity there's no other restaurants nearby...
But we had a very good night sleep as the bed was very comfortable and no noise. I really recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, clean, spacious & comfortable apartment with healthy amount of sunlight & everything we need to prepare meals in the kitchenette. Ophelie was superb, fast in responding & even extended a hand to help with some logistic difficulties we faced. This is among the best lodging we have been in the 15 years of traveling in nearly 40 countries

The aparthotel is a 10-minute walk from the main attractions. very clean. The apartment has everything you need - dishes, oven, microwave. very quiet - good sound insulation. A big plus is the inexpensive guarded parking (by reservation).
