We stayed only 1 day - overnight after Ed Sheeran show in Budapest. Very convenient accommodation with pleasent staff and not far from Budapest city center (car drive). Ideal during busy and overbooked hotels period - during Formula 1 event.

The apartment is very clean and it has all the things you might need for your stay. It has a grocery store not far away from it, metro station and all the things you might need. The owner was very informative. The sofa was ready to sleep when we came. Everything was great. The parking was comfortable and easy.

Everything was as described. Great location, large, airy wonderfully renovated and decorated apartment on the 4th floor with lift access, and all the features you need.
Being on the river with amazing views across to the city those who are light sleepers will need earplugs as there is the riverside road and tram line directly below.
The manager - Johanna - was easy to deal with and happily enabled a late check out.

Our communication with the host was excellent, he sent us useful information on sites to visit, where to eat, etc.
I can recommend the location of the apartment. It is excellent for visiting Budapest, it's located in an old building in District 7 and everything was in walking distance and with good public transport links.
A good choice of bars and restaurants close to the accommodation.

This hotel was in a good location for Metro connections and had some shops such as Lidl right outside for essentials. The facilities in the room were excellent and you could control things easily using the tablet provided at the door. We actually found this accommodation 2 days into our trip to Budapest due to our apartment not having AC and during an extreme heat wave we needed a change. We both were so glad we made the decision to change to this hotel.

The apartment is cosy, clean, and stylish. I want to extend my personal thanks to the host, Peter, for going the extra mile to accommodate our requests and taking care of us. Peter is truly one of the best and kindest hosts I have encountered. We accidentally left a few items behind, and he kindly met us and went out of his way to return our belongings. The accommodation is very accommodating, centrally located, and offers great value for money.

The apartment spans two floors, with the living room and a small bathroom located downstairs, and a bedroom with five sleeping places situated upstairs. A private parking spot within a fenced area is provided, which is very convenient. The host, who met us upon arrival, was very kind and welcoming.

Stunning accommodation! We stayed on the top floor with a huge terrace, the terrace was a life saver with it being so hot in June however the apartment was also cool with air con. The beds where probably the comfiest we have had in rented accommodation and hotels! Highly recommend

The location is great, close to the city center. The whole hotel looks nice and it is always clean.
Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had no opening to the front street, which made us appreciate it even more for the quietness. Also, it was well-equipped with everything we needed for our short vacation.
Having an underground garage with access directly to the hotel is also a big plus.

Hotel staff were very find and friendly. Wish to visit again with our friends. The apartment was spacious, beautifully deco and very clean. Nice start to the day with a healthy breakfast.

The location was excellent for travel around Budapest. There were lots of bars and restaurants. The accommodation was room only with a small fridge but the apartments had a shared kitchen that was extremely clean with cooking implements, pots, pans etc and a kettle. The beds were really comfy and there was virtually no noise which lead to a goods night sleep. Really couldn’t fault the accommodation.

We were accommodated in suite No. 7. The accommodation was spacious, incl. kitchenette. The hotel is practically on one of the floors of the building. This particular apartment has a frontal location to Károly Street. The room has a beautiful view of the street, which also has its negatives...

Great sleep quality, beautiful apartment. Central but quiet. 2 bedrooms, one is facing the street, the other one the courtyard, both offer relaxed sleeping. Brewery and gourmet bakery with specialty coffee are in the house (entries from the street), way better than a hotel breakfast.

Every thing was exelent andit was fantastic!! The apartment was plenty of space for storage, had everything in the kitchen you would need, so clean, comfortable, good interior furniture and bright rooms. The nice hotel 7Seasons Apartmentsin the downtown location and was simply perfect . We didn't need to use the public transport at all. Ideal accommodation at 7Seasons Apartments for traveling and would highly recommend it to future guests.

Peter clearly takes great pride in his accommodations. He was responsive and helpful with suggestions for Budapest. He arranged a transfer from the airport and then to the train station when we left. Peter met us promptly when we arrived and gave us a thorough overview of the apartment.
Out of the 25 different hotels/apartments that we stayed in over the last 12 months in Europe and the US, this was in our top 2. We couldn't have asked for a better place in Budapest. It was spacious, well-designed, and comfortable.

Nothing. The host and staff should not be in hospitality business to begin with. Despite multiple warnings of late arrival (6:30 pm), they were not able to arrange the delivery of the keys. I had to find an alternative lodging on arrival.

I booked this hotel for my parents as it was one of their 60th. I contacted the hotel and they upgraded them to a city view apartment free of charge and also popped a bottle of wine into the room. The staff were so helpful with anything I asked them and my parents said it was there favourite accommodation to stay at
