PortugalA real gem and the perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Everything is carefully thought out, and from the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcomed. They go out of their way to make guests feel at home, and their warmth and hospitality really stand out.
The staff were excellent across the board, from the restaurant team to reception and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. The property was spotless, very comfortable, and in a great location.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

PolandWe loved every single thing! I lack words to describe how happy we are that we chose this place. We are vegan and they were super conscious about all food, they knew the ingredients and allergens of everything. We had wide choice of food to eat for breakfast and the service was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We felt like in a movie and we regretted a lot that we didn’t stay there for longer. The conditions were amazing, the surrounding was incredible, the birds chirping was waking us up in a most perfect way. I cannot add more to it. It’s all just an amazing experience to be there and surely we will come
Back to this extraordinary place!!! Also it was a pleasure to meet the owner - Orlando was very helpful and told us the story of this castle. Thank you all for the most amazing two night we had with you!!!

United StatesBeautiful, exceedingly clean and up to date hotel, w quiet and respectful clients. I stayed 4 nights in April ‘24 as a solo, 74 year old woman. All the staff were exceptional and breakfast buffet was great. Exceedingly safe area with everyone out walking all the time. I would definitely return here. Grazie a tutti al Charlie!

Very nice apartment and very very nice owner!
She did not make any problems with check in later (around 22) or leave the luggage after check out, all for free (opposite to a lot of hotels and apartments where both things are paid). The apartment is very pretty and about 30 minutes by foot to the old city. Highly reccomended if you want to stay in pleasant, peacefull place with the best owner!

The hotel has had a serious upgrade from our previous stays. It was always a lovely hotel however the upgrade has made it special. All staff were professional and friendly. Will definitely return.

Lovely spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. I stayed 6 nights with my husband and 2 teenagers and it was wonderful. The location is great and Civitanova Marche is also a lovely little town. The hosts were always available, responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Has garage for the car.

The staff at check-in were particularly helpful! The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean!! The breakfast buffet had many choices and was well organized. The pool was nice and relaxing. The hotel was not too far from the port (for boat trips-which we recommend) and the beach.

Our stay was perfect. Leonardo and his team were very nice and helpful. The breakfast by the pool with the view is a dream. Dinner was also very good. We would book this accommodation again at any time.

Extremely friendly and helpful host was waiting for us on arrival. He arranged ice and cold white wines to be delivered to us that evening as we didn't have time to shop. It was wonderful to arrive at holiday accommodation without complex pin/codes, which has proved disastrous on this trip. Old fashioned courtesy and human hosts is becoming a thing of tge past and after the experience in Franco's glorious, comfy and homely (spacious) apartments, we will in future, stick to this style of property when choosing holiday accommodation.

Well situated in front of Mondavio’s castle. Very nice bedroom and top notch bathroom. Better than some 4* hotels.
The property also has a bar and good restaurant. It’s cozy with a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was ñ really good as well. They also accomodated us with a third bed for my 12 year old son for free.

Wonderful small hotel with a beautiful view. The owner Guiseppe and his family are wonderful people and made our stay (3 days) remarkable. Breakfast is outstanding as well as the price, but also the hotel, the garden with jacuzzi (with a breathtaking view), the trust bar and many more. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms, too. Also here: all you need is available. Towels for the beach? No problem, Guiseppe had us covered. Also with hints which restaurants to go for. We we were just blown away. And will come back.

We stay here every time we visit friends in Fano and have returned many times and will continue to do so. The hotel is beautiful, such lovely gardens and courtyard. Also it is very close to Fano and to the motorway but it is so quiet and safe. The staff are always really helpful and kind, which is critical for us because my husband is now registered disabled. They made sure we had a suitable room and where we could park our car right outside the door. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of hot and cold foods.

Perfect spot to stay if you love nature and hiking. The apartment stays very cool in the summer due to the thick walls. The hostess is very kind and helps you with anything you need. We went to Monte Sibili from the apartment and had an amazing walk, with amazing views.

I was very tired and stressed due to a long work cycle, but still, the desk people were kindly managing everything. The hotel was very clean, the cleaning lady was smiling, and the breakfast was great too. They gave me a bicycle for a few euros, and I moved up and down the beach avenue easily. Great swimming pool, air condo and fridge working pleanty of cold water daily.
