Excellent location, convenient garage parking. Hotel calls reliable taxis too. Delicious breakfast with views. Extraordinary staff- kind friendly and kid friendly! Safe, secure and clean updated rooms and bathrooms. Beach area and beach side amenities (food, umbrellas, lounge area) are fantastic. New well designed Mediterranean hotel! SUP board rental is a 5 minute walk and they deliver boards and oars and pick them up from the hotel top. Tivat airport is a 12 minute car ride, Porto Montenegro is a 5 min car ride with excellent shopping, restaurants, art galleries and boardwalk. Great place to stay if you want to explore culture, food and sites around Tivat.

It was very clean and there was everything one needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It had the most spectacular views of the mountains and the beautiful meadows.

The space, the style and comfort

For our first time staying in Tivat in this apartment, we love it. The owner was really helpful, from all the information, etc... and He even came to pick us up from the airport and didn't want to take any money for it.. The apartment was very nice and tidy with an awesome balcony and great view. 💫 Everything is close by... We can definitely recommend staying at this property 🌟

I would like to add that I am convinced the owners of this hotel are equally lovely people - it's reflected in how happy the employees are. It’s rare to find a boutique hotel that combines both character and top-tier facilities so effortlessly. And then there’s the breakfast—a true highlight of my stay. Made with love and care, the à la carte options were not only beautifully presented but also bursting with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect way to start each morning, setting the tone for a day of exploring or relaxing. I am vegan and they even created new vegan recipes to meet my dietary needs. This is one of the few boutique hotels that truly deserves a full 5-star rating. Everything, from the impeccable service to the serene location, is executed to perfection. Stunning views and excellent service! Beautiful apartment and host was very kind, thoughtful, and responsive to all my messages. Location is perfect right on the beach with a market around the corner and walking distance to all the shops.
