LithuaniaSuper nice hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town, making it easy to explore Zakopane on foot while still enjoying a peaceful stay. Convenient on-site parking is available for a reasonable fee.
The property offers great facilities, terrace, a bar, hot tub, and family-friendly amenities. Our room was well-equipped, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options.
Overall, Renesans Residence is a great place to stay, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location close to Zakopane's main attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Free coffee, water and tea at the reception was great. Then the sauna and steam room were welcome after a cold morning at the ski slopes.
Great location, too!
After 8 days in Poland this was the best placed we've stayed in 4 cities. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Location was central and was a great base to plan excursions from.Krzysztof (The owner) not only picked us up from the train station showed around the apartment he also took us back to the station at the end of our holiday.
If I was visiting Zakopane again I wouldn't hesitate to book the same apartment the accommodation was fantastic.

Great place to stay. Only 15 minutes walk to the centre or 5 mins on the electric scooter which is super easy and well priced. It’s also near the train and bus stations. Apartments are spacious and comfortably sleep 6 people and also very clean. The pool is a bit small and gets easily crowded but still well worth the visit, especially the saunas which were great.

Wonderful comfortable apartment with great views of the mountains from the balcony.
Very quiet and private accommodation with excellent shower and washing machine.
Easy Google translate communication with the on-site host who was very helpful and friendly.
Good location, easy walk to centre and bus stop for mini buses to hiking locations.
Excellent supermarket across the road.

A clean, modern apartment that has everything you need (as in the description). Excellent contact with owners. All messages were clear and easy to understand. Location near the national park. We left the car near the hotel and spent 2 days doing wonderful hikes in "Czarny Staw-Koscielec" and "Sarnia Skala". There is a grocery store nearby where you can buy everything you need. We can recommend a nearby restaurant for dinner "Foluszowy Potok".

The room was exactly like the photos.
The room had already been cleaned, so we were allowed to check in earlier than the time indicated in the hotel schedule. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed: sugar, salt, pepper. dishes. There were also new kitchen sponges and dish towels. The staff is pleasant and polite. We were vacationing with a child and on Children's Day we found sweets near our door - a gift from the Hotel (it was very nice).

That was a nice, familiar hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. Our room had a fantastic mountain view, which was breathtaking every morning. The breakfast was special, delicious and copious. The staff of the hotel was kind and helpful.

Very cosy and quiet. You can enjoy privacy and not be bothered during your vacation. Breakfast was good for this size of the hotel, with different local snacks. It is possible to have different type of eggs which will be prepared after asking.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in Panorama in March, 2024: the stunning mountain views our room offered, the heartwarming hospitality of the hostess, the comfort of the accommodations - the spaciousness of the rooms as well as the softness of the bed. We vacationed with children and really enjoyed it. The location is convenient, with a beautiful design, there is a sauna, jacuzzi, and billiards.
Management tries to maintain quality. The hotel is clean and comfortable, all thanks to the staff Lyudmila. prepared excellent, varied, and appetizing breakfasts.

Very nice modern hotel in calm place, nice Superior apartment with two bedrooms, which was perfect for our family of four. TV in every room. Comfy beds. Well equipped and nicely clean. Very nice mountain view from the balcony. We could bring our dog as well for some additional cost. Included parking place and nice but too small SPA.

Great new freshly built hotel, very clean and well designed stylish apartments. Same for jacuzzi/saunas. Own underground parking. Personnel is nice and helpful. Cool packaged breakfast. Seriously I am impressed how the whole property is built and organized.

I had a wonderful stay at these delightful apartments, which were brimming with fascinating details. Everything was tastefully done, making the space not only comfortable but also visually appealing. Situated right in the heart of the city, the location couldn't have been more convenient. However, what truly set this place apart was the peaceful sleep I enjoyed every night, thanks to the windows facing a quiet courtyard, ensuring no disturbances. Very nice, clean, modern apartment, good location, walking distance to city center and main attractions. Great facilities and attention to detail, such as washing machine tablets and coffee capsules. There is no staff at the place, everything is managed remotely, we only met some cleaning people on departure. Very nice continental breakfast was also delivered to our door every morning.

We enjoyed our vacation here!
The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. This is about half of the house, which has everything for a comfortable weekend. He is not new and "fresh", however very clean and comfortable. Mrs. Zofia is very nice - she lives in the second half of the house, but it did not cause any inconvenience.
The fireplace is something incredible - we spent every evening near it (everything was prepared for this, firewood, etc.).
