MoldovaWe keep returning to this hotel because it simply never disappoints. The hotel is clean, well maintained, pet-friendly, and perfectly located within walking distance of downtown. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the restaurant is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. On our last visit, we stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with a great view and a huge TV. With convenient parking and outstanding service throughout, this hotel is a perfect choice for our family. Reception staff are such an asset to this hotel: friendly, professional, helpful, and always welcoming.

It's a newly renovated hotel, everything looks great, there are still things to improve but we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has its own parking places, the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall interior design was great and the room was exactly what we needed for a good nights sleep. Our standard double room was simple and functional. Great, firm bed, TV worked, big nice curtains, good bathroom, even including slippers. We received complementary water bottles and sweets. I recommend giving this hotel a try.

Cosy, quiet and very good Internet. If you enter the stairway it looks not so nice, but the apartment is very good. And me, with constant sleeping problems because of noise -> here I had the best sleep for along time.

Apartment 2 is big enough and the layout is good. Also, a big plus for this accommodation is parking. The host explained nicely where the key is and sent instructions via message. He was available for additional questions and responded immediately.

We only stayed for 1 night, and it was alright. It is new, has private parking, elevator, and they invested in some smart controls such as light and curtains. The room was a bit small, but the mattress and bedding was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The design is modern. Liked that there was a coffee maker, and a well stocked minibar. There was some variety at the breakfast buffet compared to other 4star hotels. The coffee at breakfast was great.

Our stay at Elite Residence was very pleasant. The accommodation is very clean, spacious, bright and the detailing is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the books and toys at children's room, by the selection of TV programs and mostly by the content of the apartment. Everything that we need was there. We will certainly come again and recommend the accommodation to our friends.

New house. Everything crispy clean. Huge TV in the living room. Apartment easily takes 2 or three people. Kitchenette wisely designed. Bedroom as quiet as a tomb, for those who need absolute silence to fall asleep. Owner is above any praise - we had some minor additional request, like a spare set of linen for the sofa bed. Although he was out of the country, he arranged for the delivery and within 20 minutes all was set.

We liked everything. The owner is fast in communication and well organized. The accommodation offers easy self-check-in and a shared kitchen. It is withing walking distance of the most important places in Timisoara. Parking lots can be relatively easily found in the area, which looks nice and safe. In the immediate neighbourhood you can find cafes, markets, bakeries. The apartment is well equipped and maintained. The beds are comfy, everything is spotlessly clean!

It has been a very comfortable stay.
The hosts answered me immediately with any doubts.
The apartment is the same as the photos and you're 20 minutes walk away from the city center.
I only stayed a night and it was really cozy. I was wearing a T-shirt and shorts from the heat in the apartment.=)
So yes, I recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a rest.

Great place in old town Timișoara, on a super quiet pedestrian-only street, right behind the artsy, colorful Unirii Square.
The renovated building is one of the most beautiful in the area, has a private inner yard with only a few apartments, so a good night's sleep and a relaxing stay is guaranteed.
For those requiring a parking space, there are several options on the adjacent streets around - once you arrive, the owner will graciously inform you about the best options.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city. It is ideal for those who come by car, free and safe parking. Taxi is too cheap (1 ride = 2 bus tickets) - Bolt app. The hosts were wonderful and kind. The apartment was very clean. If you go in winter, it is very warm in the accommodation.

The host is very friendly and professional, he did his best to accommodate our needs and made an effort to arrange early accommodation for us. The communication was excellent.
The bed linen was good quality, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the attention to details.

The accommodation fully met our expectations. Very close to the city center and the events of Timisoara. The apartment is clean and comfortable, nicely arranged with all necessary things. Visaj Deluxe is the most beautiful accommodation in Romania where I have stayed so far. The apartment is in an absolutely wonderful historic building, both exterior and interior. The location is ultra central, from where you can easily reach any pedestrian area, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very elegant, furnished with great taste and attention to detail.
