From
United KingdomThe staff, especially Ingrid, who gave us exceptional service and made us feel very welcome. The cleanliness and the delightful decor of the rooms. The dining area and all the 'extras' such as fruit, soft drinks, biscuits, crisps, and chocolates that were available. It was a very relaxed and comfortable stay and we would certainly stay here again. This is a very well run comfortable hotel.

The location is where it is. You know that you will be off from the nearest city when you book it so it shouldn't be any surprise.
The breakfast was ok. Better than what I expected based on how the hotel are in general.
The bed was comfortable.

Disappointing - What previous guests thought, 212 reviews
The room was spacious, well-furnished, and clean. The bed was particularly comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Prompt room service and helpful concierge were notable. The hotels location was convenient, which made it easy to explore the area without too much time commuting. The room provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and the meals provided by the hotel were delicious.

The decor of the hotel was very cozy, the staff were friendly, the check-in procedure was simple and felt personalized with handwritten envelopes. The room was clean. We loved that our children each had their own bed already set up, the rain shower and the mini fridge in the room were a nice suprise, overall the room amenities were exceptional! Breakfast was very cozy and delicious. The central location was perfect for our needs. Thank you, we hope to come back :)

I have selected this hotel because I was staying there couple of years ago. My overall impression was very good. Tasty breakfast, helpful and polite staff. My request for the earlier check-in was accepted. Safe and spacious underground parking. Close to shops, restaurants and castle.

Lovely little hotel providing extras like fruit and tea/coffee all day. Owner came around in the evening to check that everyone was happy and give advise on where to have dinner.

Breakfast was the best we've seen in a long time, such variety and cute displays of food. For the price of accommodation it was wonderful. Service and communication was excellent. Rooms were extra large with own toilet, shared shower just down hallway and very roomy. Staff very pleasant and great English spoken

It was just the cutes booking apartment we have ever booked! I would recommend it for everyone visiting this are. It's close to the city. The hosts were always available for questions. Just 10000/10! Last but not least, we got a really unique experience from staying in a real Swedish house

Really helpful staff, Sara in particular. Other reception staff on at later times were very approachable. The hotel is lovely and warm (wet, showy February days). The Jim was a nice bonus. Breakfast was fine, good selection and tasty.

Very nice personnel. Unfortunately, I booked the wrong day and for the day I needed a hotel it was already booked. They were really nice at the phone and proposed to refund the money. I only had to pay the booking.com fee.

Excellent location, friendly and relaxed staff and good breakfast.
The hotel is located in central Örebro which is very convenient when you want to see the city or take a bus somewhere outside. The rooms are nice and clean and are as expected. We had dinner included which is comfortable as we spent the whole day in Gustavsvik waterpark.
