Reservation and checkin/checkout were easy and smooth. Appartment was big, clean and quiet. Close to the Ferry, shopping Mall and other transportation (bus/tram).

The location of this is great. So close to restaurants, shops and the Parramatta stadium. Trams up and running so that is a bonus. Rooms comfortable. Staff organized pillows.

Very neat and tidy apartment with a extremely kind and involved owner sasha. She goes above and beyond in caring for the comfort of her guests, answering their questions and meeting their needs. Flack Studio decor makes the whole place feel special. Food at Loam was great for dinner; breakfast was lovely but didn't always taste as good as it looked. The rooms were great, very liveable. Location is a very convenient walk to Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, and CBD. We liked having the choice between the cafe and Loam in the morning, especially when we were in a hurry. Rooms were extremely quiet, especially for a "trendy" hotel and the Ace brand.
