I admit that the private suite gets a different score than the deluxe because it is quite luxurious, but given that I stayed in the deluxe room, that is the basis of the poor score. I will note that the staff was very formal and nice (but no more nicer than that of the several other Swiss hotels I stayed at, whose hospitality went above and beyond).
