Always exceptional staying at this hotel. So clean, comfortable and the staff are always so friendly. Everything available in hotel room and had to ask for nothing at all which is something I have noticed with other hotels is quite common and hard to request. Fantastic options on restaurant menu and bar is super comfortable to relax. And of course great location :)

Enjoy was very comfortable, with a large room, was very quiet and felt very safe. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable and easy. We are English speaking and they were very helpful. The location is very good, and we enjoyed walking in the park and along the waterfront. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants. We walked to Valparaiso on a mild sunny day, and caught the Metro back to Enjoy. I swam in the sea, but the hotel pool is very inviting, with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of food (cold and hot, healthy and pastries), which suited both of us, and we appreciated the heated milk for coffee
