The staff helped us with everything we asked for. They were also very attentive and took great care of my mom. They called a doctor when she felt unwell and were always willing to monitor her recovery. The food and facilities were amazing.

A historical Colonial mansion can be enjoyed in the historical district of Cuenca. There is a charming red-tiled patio decorated with plants and an antique water fountain.
