the complimentary upgrade we received from a heritage room (deluxe king suite) which I found dark and poorly equipped to a modern spacious apartment with incredible views of the nearby domes was so appreciated. Staff were very kind and thoughtful. Fabulous location.

Did not eat breakfast. The location was excellent.

Great historic hotel 2 blocks from Parque Calderón. Spacious and cosy room. Staff helpful arranging tours and transportation. Breakfast included and was good.
