Sofia the hostess was unbelievably good, she made us fell super welcome and gave amazing recommendations for our stay, you could tell she wasn't improvising, she really cares about giving a 5star experience. ELLI TROPICAL SUITES IS AMAZING!!!! Elli is so kind and helpful to us as young travelers. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even helped us secure a taxi when we were lost! I would 100% stay again!!! Stunning location with amazing view. It was magnificent to enjoy a hot tub with a glass of champaign wine. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Irene the hotel manager made sure we felt like home (or better). Excellent cleanliness, facilities and comfort. I would definitely come back next year for a longer stay.
